It's not just a matter of CLE's, at this point he's been contacted by professional disciplinary investigators (he talked about this a couple of times in past streams in the last month or so). They apparently gave him a chance to negotiate a suspension and subsequent conditions that he thought would be fair but he told them to go fuck themselves because, in his opinion, there's no ethical rule in Minnesota that covers felony cocaine possession unless the attorney in question is literally representing a client when they are arrested. So he's going to be litigating a whole mess of stuff with the Minnesota bar, probably for at at least a couple of years, before he even gets around to asking them for the privilege of allowing him to make up his CLE's.
He has our wife's phone and Nick sooner bleed out then have the hospital take his blood in an emergency, he'd turn mormon just to prevent blood samples.

I think he’s not terrible at the radio thing, he doesn’t have a bad voice for it and can fill the time. It’s just not my cup of tea - outside of the drama the subjects discussed are just very dumb, for dumb people.
