Until the law survives the court system the law is as impactful as the old sodomy laws. I want there to be zero questions when these people get arrested. For me a law that isn't enforced is a meaningless law. And for stuff like this where there is a possible POTENTIAL of a first amendment violation going on, I would rather it be delt with by this conservative supreme Court while we still have it.
