We already build some of the most homes per country (not even per capita, just overall) in the world, as that image shows we are comparable to how many Canada builds despite having significantly less population.
Already building so many that the quality has absolutely tanked. All these new homes in new Jeet filled suburbs will fall over like the straw home in the 3 little pigs story soon anyways.
Cutting back immigration (which can be equated to demand in a typical supply and demand graph) is the only true way to solve this problem, but 100% of political parties in this country don't support it (yes even beloved One Nation, who still wants to let 200,000 shitskins in a year). All because a bunch of boomers in politics don't like that the line will go down as a result, gotta replace Whites with niggers so the line can keep going up!
Anyone over the age of 60 should be banned from politics, but that will never happen unfortunately.

At 7pm or later if you go to a shopping centre, it'll be full of Jeets and Cameljockey families all milling around with their kids.
Not shopping. Just hanging around the shopping centre for hours like it's the park.

White kids are all at home - probably getting ready for bed and all these browns have their kids playing in the shopping centre till 30mins before close.
It's bizarre. I've observed this in three cities (Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra).
Anyone else notice this?

I know the name of the one that is causing Cananda's problems, it's called the century initiative, and its expressed goal is to increase Cananda's population to 100 million by 2100. There has to some kind of group exactly like this pulling the strings in Australia because it goes against everything the establishment has asked of whites for the last 40 years. Pretty much every Australian is obsessed with housing as an investment. It's not just a boomer thing - most of the people my age (millenials) who own property (usually an apartment) are using that as leverage to buy houses - sometimes multiple.

I know people in Sydney who own real estate in Queensland because Sydney is fucked. In Canberra most of them owned houses down the coast which they rented to locals.
Melbourne seems to be sticking to the original scheme of "Own an apartment near CBD, use that to buy a house in the West" (like Caroline Springs)

Despite the fact I despise every single person like this, I can't blame them too much. I don't imagine the pension will exist once baby boomers die off so it makes sense to try and acquire wealth to support a retirement.

Even if they weren't obsessed with property, I reckon the pollies would have still forced infinite niggers onto us anyway because big business wanted the slave labour.

I found some forum posts from 2006 on Bus Australia, the Australian Transport Discussion Board where people were discussing these changes. So many small, local shopping centres had (and many still have) two supermarkets of the same brand within a stones throw away.

Westfield Knox (VIC) has two Coles (I think on different floors), one was a Bi-Lo. Two Coles in Clayton (VIC), separated by a mere <200 metre long car-park, one was a Bi-Lo. Two Coles at Northcote Plaza (VIC), again less than 200 metres from each other and under the same roof. Most egregious - Ingle Farm (SA) has two Coles, in the same shopping centre, at most 150 metres away.

Obviously it's most profitable to own two stores in the same location rather than letting a competitor open up. But it is still crazy the absolute grip the supermarket duopoly has. I quite miss independent supermarkets.
