You’re technically correct- they’re not ‘banned’ or ‘illegal’, as much as they are ‘alegal’- they are simply not legally recognized by the state.
They must be performed under the auspices of the faith under which both participants belong in order to be regarded as valid and legal, and obviously that doesn’t happen if both participants belong to different faiths.
Thanks for the historical perspective, always good to know why things are the way they are.
Smh I said essentially the same thing

Birthright citizenship isn't going away without a constitutional amendment. The wording is pretty plain and the last few times the Supreme Court saw words that aren't there we got Roe v. Wade, Obamacare, Citizens United and on and on.
The constitution isn’t just about words though. Otherwise the second amendment would have been put aside, since it seemingly is about militias.

SCOTUS also looks at (ideally anyways) things like the history and original intent of the amendment.

And regarding citizenship, the history and original intent is fairly clear: The 14th amendment was created to solve the issue of the rights of former slaves.

It was never meant to give citizenship to the kid of any wetback who happened to cross the border while 8 months pregnant.

Even if activist judges later extended the intent of the 14th amendment to include “lol everyone!”

The Samson Option is an all-is-lost, fuck-you-for-letting-this-happen strike that ties Europe’s survival to Israel’s. It’s to be used when Israel believes it’s going to fall anyway and will be beyond repercussions afterwards no matter what. You’re misrepresenting it and its intentions to make it seem like a dumb and impractical idea when, in fact, it’s plausible and incredibly evil.
It’s not like Israel doesn’t have a long and well documented history of terrorism and lethal revenge action against people who’ve done them no harm.
So the US had a nearly half century staring contest with the USSR(who had thousands of deliverable nuclear weapons) but we are blackmailed and afraid of a tiny country in the Middle East because if they start to lose a war we’ll gut nuked? Apologize to the nearest tree for waisting our oxygen please.

To be fair, most of our nukes don't work and rely upon outdated as fuck systems; but even then, our AD capabilities would just blow up whatever bomber the Israelis try to send to us.

Israel doesn't have bombers, only fighters and Jericho missiles.

Some Republicans introduced a bill to station a b2 in Israel and store MOPs there but I don't think it would pass, b2s in Israel would be a waste of everyone's time

I honestly don't care what you think is "liberal framed". I'm all for gas companies existing and making a profit but not at the expense of having nicer towns and communities. I'm against regulating car use and I don't want our highways and roads dismantled, I just want nice communities with infrastructure that allows you to walk anywhere you want to without having to worry about buying gas, or walking along some freeway like a hitchhiker getting hit by cars, or having endless niggers and bums ruining the walkways and community for everyone. Doesn't sound liberal framed to me.

Once again. Retard liberal framing. What the fuck do gas and car companies have to do with it? You think Exxon and Ford pay people in various city governments off to keep public transportation at bay or meaningfully invest political resources in fighting public transportation? Why do you think that? Like seriously how indoctrinated are you?

Why do you think Dem ruled Georgetown says no to public transportation? Why do you think the suburbs of Seattle and Atlanta fight tooth and nail to keep public transit away? Also Dem ruled btw. Its to keep the niggers out.

Yes niggers can get cars but its a surprisingly strong nigger filter.

Sort of true. The land based Cold War era ICBMs are not up to date. But the submarine based missiles are pretty terrifying . One sub can pretty much delete a continent of your choosing inside of 30 minutes. With that capability I’m not too worried that the Minuit man III runs on a cassette tape.

I wonder how fast missiles are gonna get by the 2030s because we're already seeing shit past mach 25

If you re-read my post you’ll notice that I used the word ‘Europe’, because the US is not the Samson Option’s target.
Additionally, a retributive strike against neutral or at least non-hostile nations that ‘failed to protect’ you is a different situation to a mutual war.
Sometimes it’s worth reading a post a couple of times to gain an understanding of it before you start going off.

I wonder if this is why there's no care about updating the land based ones? Like they're stationary targets that can be hit back instead of just an invisible force that can pop up anywhere and still launch their payload well after the mainland got blown up. Would explain why Russia focuses on Subs still too.
