Kennedy where that shitskin judge recently gave them a temporary restraining order to keep the government from defunding Planned Parenthood, there was a hearing scheduled for July 21 for them to hash things out. Yesterday, PP asked for a continuance because their lawyer has better things to do, and the defense was all, "Bullshit, when there's a TRO the hearing needs to be held as soon as possible, plus you have plenty of other lawyers, we can do it sooner if you want but not later," and the judge is all, "Fine, whatever, we'll move up the hearing instead of postponing it." Now scheduled for July 18.



Of course the TRO is probably going to get shot down anyway:


Even if this judge holds her ground, I would expect defense to file for a stay of the TRO and any injunction in SCOTUS, as our side has been doing for some time and where we've been fairly successful (causing Justice Jackson to sperg out in hilarious fashion over and over again in her dissents).
