You joke but you and others forget that when streamers take like a full week or two break it is actually significantly difficult to their original audience size back.

That's the nature of the Youtube beast most call the "algorithm." The more days you go without some of kind of activity for people to engage with, the lower you get recommended to the point where even subscribers don't get alerted to when you're live or uploaded something.

What violation could he have possibly made that was visible on one of his clips? Even if he's in clear flagrant violation what could the HOA possibly do to curtail his streaming? They can impose fines on him, what is that going to do? HOA is a loose collection of citizen busybodies, not some law enforcement agency.

Look at the past couple of pages about Phil wanting to refinance his house. Attic had some mold when he first moved in, shower has been broken and has some kind of leak causing a water stain on one of the ceilings of a first floor room meaning mold. Mold if left untreated can be a health hazard, he shares his Condo with two other units. The shower however, has been broken for years now and hasn't gotten it fixed yet, that could potentially require taking down the walls and floor to replace everything. He's still paying off that Condo, meaning he doesn't officially own it yet. The HOA isn't a law enforcement agency, but the Board of Health can force a temporary eviction to fix problems like mold and trash hoarding.
