To add to this, Trump just secured a deal where NATO is actually buying the weapons rather than us just gifting them wholesale.

LOOOOOL!

Trump getting hustled by the deep state and euro cucks once again.

“Oh yes Mr. President, they're eh… Totally paying for the weapons hehe!”

Just like when they made that BS promise about totally spending 5% of gdp on defense. Eventually.

(Totally not a promise that will fly right out the window the second Trump is out of the WH or loses the midterms lmao)

You know, for a supposedly very smart man, Trump sure is kinda naive and does some really fucking dumb things.

You’d be fucking amazed how many people will show up for hard shitty agricultural work when the pay is good. Ever heard of cotton chipping? Yeah, I’ve done that.

>that moment when you realize the unemployment and underemployment rate is close to twice that, and doesn’t include dysgenic freaks on disability that could benefit from a week or two of hoeing rows.

Unemployment and inflation… Two things where they totally just straight up lie and fudge the numbers.

Question, how do the dozen or so other large first world countries that are net food/crop exporters do so without tens of millions of third world brown slaves?

I keep hearing rightoids and ledtoids shriek about how it's "literally impossible man!" But all these other countries seem to be able to accomplish it just fine.

What features put it above... well, any competently-made scifi show ever? I don't hate it, I just can't imagine being a superfan of it.
I like Stargate (the movie) and SG-1 (the sequel show) because they are mostly good or great episodes that mostly succeed at the sort of in-universe consistency you expect from the best of Star Trek (TNG-DS9) while also balancing good humor and drama.

Many episodes are straight ripoffs of other shows, but done with Stargate's flavor; that flavor being a sci-fi adventure about a society that is at the start of their space exploration, without yet having all the cool toys and amazing gadgets. But you get to watch them grow.

The neat part about their setup is that there is high tech stuff around the galaxy, but becauae the bad guys scored a major victory in the distant past, most of the place is in ruins and hasn't been able to advance far, or even reach Earth's level of technology.

It allows for a lot of new ways to approach claasic sci-fi questions. Also, StarGate has a great, varied cast and tons of amazing guest stars. The villains are also a solid mix of menacing and fun.

One of my favorite parts of the show which is what I alluded to before, is that they usually tie up loose ends and don't let stories become one-offs. If something is compelling, they bring it back up and do something with it. One show that was bad for this, despite being good was Star Trek The Next Generation. Many people will probably agree that an episode like Cause and Effect comes to an end right when things were getting really interesting. SG1 generally does not leave you hanging like this. And that is why I love it.

loses the midterms

Idk what I think about this yet. Obv a long way out still. However, 2 of the most hardcore MAGA I know now think the midterms very well could be a loss after Eppy. Which I think is funny because I wouldn't have thought Epstein would have been a big deal to most conservatives.

In hindsight, I can see where I was wrong. Some of the comments here are probs correct; he ran hardcore on fighting the corrupt evil global deep state and pizzagate stuff. That is the core of the message. Eppy represents that.. Iran is like yeah, broken promise, but we bomb lots of places, so I suppose it's easy to shrug your shoulders.

(Before anyone says this is blackpilling... you're projecting your sense of being a loser. This is predictive politics. I intend to make money on whichever way I think it'll go, and I'll bet accordingly, unlike you, who will keep being a cuck to your daddy.)

The entire thing of trump offering amnesty or easing the H2A restrictions (diet amnesty) is concerning. If you can't see the inevitable problems that would arise from just legalizing scabbage via visa (see the h1jeet program as an example) I'm afraid you suffer from room temperature IQ. He has expressed several times giving clemency for service and agriculture illegals, in other words one of the key desires for many against immigration is to eliminate the illegals in those industries. Yes it would be an improvement over the current use of illegal chattel but it is still an undesirable outcome.

Trump's pro business side im afraid would win over in this case, despite the best efforts of miller to round them up.

Remember even apartheid South Africa fell to the allure of mass migration for cheap labour to the detriment of the white citizenry in both short and long term, business demanding cheap labour will be our downfall.

We’ve literally imported tens of millions of low skilled workers since the last time when Americans did all the farm work. There is no shortage of labor.
yeah but those need to be deported...

You’d be fucking amazed how many people will show up for hard shitty agricultural work when the pay is good. Ever heard of cotton chipping? Yeah, I’ve done that.
but most of those will not be available for the whole harvest because they have other jobs.

>that moment when you realize the unemployment and underemployment rate is close to twice that, and doesn’t include dysgenic freaks on disability that could benefit from a week or two of hoeing rows.
the unemployment rate is 4%, those are the people you could employ because they are willing to work.
even the 8% you are citing are a lie because they exclude able bodied people not looking for work.

im not saying you shouldnt deport and cut visas, but that has to be done AFTER you change a couple of other things to prevent worker shortages and skyrocketing prices.
Handouts being conditioned on working resolves this issue
yes, but that needs to be done first and nobody wants to do it.

getting them temp worker visa isnt the worst idea. they are already there and trained, so why send them back and import fresh ones? it will take along time to replace them with robots.
I don't think you people are taking our immigration problem seriously enough. We need much more dramatic action. We need to be shutting down ALL immigration barring family and marriage. We need to punishing the companies using H1B. We need to be putting a permanent ban on all immigrants from getting into government offices. First generation immigrants should be completely barred from holding any non contracted government position or job. Second, or maybe even third generation only.

We've let too many people in.

only internet politispergs care deeply about ukraine or middle east shit. as long as trump doesn't launch an invasion somewhere, it doesn't matter one bit if he bombs the mullahs or gives missiles to ukraine, it's inconsequential. of course browns and third worldists will mald, but who cares lmao
Yeah who gives a shit about conflicts that could spiral out into WW3 from US involvement?

Who votes for an end to never-ending US military spending on conflicts that don't matter?

Who seriously is against the concept of foreverwars?

I can't believe people are even attempting to walk-back the fucking anti-war stance;. Unreal.
epstein is outrage bait for conspiratards.
Yes it's such a faux moral outrage to be pissed off that the administration is running cover for pedophiles who are likely still running child rape extortion schemes right now. Man I can't believe people would still be pissed about that, right guys?

And to unironically start using the label of 'conspiracy theorist' as a means of dismissal after all the crap that has been called a 'right-wing conspiracy theory' that turned out to be 100% true, including the amount of illegals crossing the border and the fact that Trump's campaign was spied on, or that the January 6th shit was in large part kicked off by feds, is fucking mental.
getting them temp worker visa isnt the worst idea. they are already there and trained, so why send them back and import fresh ones? it will take along time to replace them with robots.
This is all talking past the sale of what would be rewarding illegal activity. Participants in illegal immigration shouldn't be rewarded at any step or scale of involvement, and that itself is talking past the sale that 'legal immigration' would be reasonable and/or desirable.

It's not.

use some critical thinking
Critical thinking: Getting mad about what the government does on the internet does nothing useful
And what’s even worse, he listens to a moron like Graham who wants to do 500% tarrifs on China
I wholeheartedly agree with tariffing China to hell so the CCP can die in the ditch already.
morons without common sense
Don't take it personally, they are lying to all of us, not just you.

most of those will not be available for the whole harvest because they have other jobs.
There’s more to agriculture than just harvest, and it’s perfectly feasible to have farm workers who ‘chase the sun’ or work in an area with multiple different crops. Plus once again, pay; if agricultural worker salaries are high enough people will naturally find a sweet spot between work and not-work.
even the 8% you are citing are a lie because they exclude able bodied people not looking for work
Those people are either happy on benefits or don’t want to work for what the market offers. This is an issue of economic incentive, not simply people ‘not looking for work’. If picking cotton paid $200k a year there would be lines of niggers out the door saying “you don’t even need to put me back in chains”.
im not saying you shouldnt deport and cut visas, but that has to be done AFTER you change a couple of other things to prevent worker shortages and skyrocketing prices.
The free market will always take some time to adjust once a distorting factor (in this case, oversupply of labor) is removed. Both of those factors are very short-term compared to the ongoing economic benefit of removing Gomez.

They’ll just sell the stuff elsewhere
What the fuck are you talking about? China is absolutely dependent on the US market. They absolutely will not just sell their shit elsewhere.
The Russian position has been clear from day one: They’re willing to negotiate and sent a delegation to Peace talks when Trump asked them to. They even proposed an energy ceasefire to show their good will.
This is just total bullshit. Trump has worked his ass off for a deal and Putin has slow played the entire time and stood him up. That's why Trump is so pissed.
ITS NONE OF AMERICAS BUSINESS!
America is the global hegemon. Isolationism is retarded. I think finally people are waking up and realizing it. The vast majority of people that thought they wanted an isolationist America have rightly realized they don't want isolationism, they just want our allies to respect us and carry their fucking weight. America is powerful, we should be the leader of the free world, and we shouldn't grovel to Euros or Chinks. Now that the Europeans and our Pacific allies are finally aligning with the program, I think it will be fine.

It would be immensely retarded to cede our global fucking empire without a fight. That's insane.

I wholeheartedly agree with tariffing China to hell so the CCP can die in the ditch already.
They won’t though. They’ll just sell their shit elsewhere.

The only ones who’ll die in a ditch will be consumers and American producers who use Chinese components. (Literally all of them).
Don't take it personally, they are lying to all of us, not just you.
That was the appeal of Trump though. Someone who lies a little less and isn’t of the swamp. Was a nice dream for a bit..
