Couple more that have probably been mentioned before, but here we go again.

Companies assuming that they can send you SMS (text) messages. I cannot even call around for information about something with apparently agreeing to be put on a list.
They just say to, "unsubscribe if you don't want to keep receiving messages," but then you're giving away that the number provided is active and a mobile phone number.
Folks, do you really need to be that connected to your gas station? Parking garage?
Car dealer you never purchased anything from?
Apartment complex you never lived at?
The answer is, "no."
Please stop just accepting this is as normal and push back a little. Refuse to sign up for services or start blocking your number.
2.
MFA (multi-factor authentication) on everything is another.
Thanks, (random, non-critical business), but my bank will let me know if any unusual transactions are happening on my account and if someone is accessing this account, I probably have bigger issues to deal with.
