You claimed the book was "part of a conversation" about a debate over whether or not Trump banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago and if it was all for show. I acquired a PDF copy of said book, which has an index with every mention of Mag-a-Lago and Trump in it and at no point in looking at all of those pages was there a discussion of whether or the ban existed and whether or not is was done to distance Trump from Epstein. There is no chat to enter because there is, from what I can tell, no discussion of what you claimed in it. So either you are mistaken, you tossed the book at me in the typical internet attempt to dissuade me following up since you don't think people will read it, or you're a liar.
