I actively denounced the concept of DEI jobs and throwing money at the issue. Additionally, what I want is for these programs to target all low income areas not just black areas. Black culture is the way it is due to them adopting and in some cases actively supporting this idea of "ghettoness", I'm not racist so I don't view this as a black thing but rather a poor thing. We can talk or argue about the origin of said poverty but I think it's more important to determine what we each believe in regards to one of these 2 points:

The political left have recently shown themselves extremely willing to engage in violence, from shooting up schools, to congressional baseball games, to trying to kill Trump himself. And let’s not forget that places like Chicago are full of nogs and always vote blue. Then you have the Floyd riots, LA’92 and others.
Why not both? The black community basically took the post civil war cracker culture and on top of that there is a ton of money to be made (either by selling them useless shit and/or running programs to give them crap) off of keeping black people poor.
Believe what you want, but you'll just be wrong forever as long as this is the case. This assumption has been the motivating force behind all race policy since 1945 and has obviously failed because it's not true.
The first point is stating that all of their problems are self inflicted and that historical contexts don't change that, the second point is saying that they aren't all or not at all self inflicted and that there is an external historical or cultural context to point to that are to blame.
Nobody in his administration will ever have a career ever again. You can forget about Vance running in 2028, you're getting Nikki Haley or Ted Cruz and you're gonna like it.
