I think that Bluffdale exists, and that we know about it. I think that It would be a major political headache to employ it this way, but that parallel construction is a skill set that the Feds possess and have repeatedly demonstrated.

As has been stated before, Trump never really campaigned on the list. He would say he'd declassify it whenever he was directly asked, which he did do when he was first inaugurated, but it was more Patel and Bongino who kept harping on about it.
