He has looked terrible for a couple of weeks now. He came back from jail and dove right back in to crack and whatever else he's doing, without a week of sober streams, nothing.

I'm pretty sure stimulants (especially meth, but also crack) causes skin irritation. The constant scratching from dirty fingernails, and crack hands are causing infections imo. Probably doesn't help that he's not showering, and sleeping in squalor.

I could be mistaken but I believe that those two photos are of other people and he showed them on stream as a representation of what he has. The wood floor & carpet both don't match anything we've seen from his house.
