He'd have regained a degree of respect if he would have addressed anything said ITT, which he clearly read based on a quarter of the video being um/stuttering and his inability to even make eye contact with the camera.
Obviously he's not particularly shook about his sexual degeneracy being exposed since that's sort of his thing, so he must be unhappy with people taking note of his history of being a scammer, which is funny since he mentioned the totally hypothetical idea of rug pulling his audience for big money if his YT ever got big.
Hopefully this stunt was worth whatever he got out of it, he's got a lot of displeased eyes on him now

Well, it appears Our Dear Feeder was correct in his assessment that Card is rather chudly himself. In 2017, Card was a regular poster to r/The_Donald under the username u/AntoneFinance.
He also used this username on Twitter to beg for Steam gibs and promote his meme subreddit r/EmboldenTheE. This subreddit appears to have had mild success in encouraging some Redditors to include a boldface "e" in their posts across the site. That's it, that's the meme, just a randomly bolded "e" - it seems someone pioneering such a concept would have more regard for nonsequiturs such as sneed.

I think some goodwill is beneficial. With most people it's easy to go from normal conversation to insults but difficult to go from insults to normal conversation.
