Yes, and their powerful lobbying groups shut down any attempt to stop them from being able to do so.

Texas recently passed a law banning foreigners from owning property, but thanks to Indian/CCP/Real Estate lobbying, the law was amended to allow anyone legally in the country under any visa, even temporary ones like student visas and H-1Bs, to own property. The loophole is so massive that the law is completely pointless as the CCP can still buy up all the farmland near military bases that they want to by getting an international student to buy it for them with the CCP’s cash.

The original draft only allowed citizens and permanent residents to own property.
And this is why Donald Trump, no matter what he says, or does, is not, as powerful as he thinks he is because at the end of the day the lobbyist are the movers and shakers of this country the politicians are just their puppets. They are the ones who set the tone who make policy and heck hire all those illegal immigrants and pay them under-the-table, and they are not gonna see 1 day in jail or lose any sleep at all lol

I looked into this for a second. The signed version of the law doesn't allow for anyone on temp visas to own land. The house added those exceptions in. But they failed to pass the amendment. Only citizens and "lawful permanent resident" can own land in texas. Starting September 1st.

No. Then we have to deal with them. Get the browns the fuck away from me.
A trail of food stamps, menthol cigarettes, and bits of gold jewelry leading towards Africa. Then we let them apply for gibs from there and periodically air drop scrap metal and Crack for them to scavenge. It wouldn't cost any extra then it does now but at least we dont have to interact with them.

This is why you ABC (always be chimping) to put the heat on pols when they start proposing bad policy from lobbyists.

“I think there are a lot of people being drawn into this that frankly don’t have the ability to authorize the release.”

Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna addresses the current rift in MAGA over the Epstein files and calls for the DOJ to hold a press conference regarding the recent statements surrounding the case.

Luna, who is the chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, states that “the biggest way to restore trust is through transparency” and promises to continue pushing for the release of more information.
