Putting aside the brand itself. Let's say you really enjoy Nintendo games. If you want the best experience isn't the right move to just emulate?

Nintendo has always had underpowered systems since arguably the super nes.Outside of moral arguments on the validity of piracy why wouldn't you? Nintendo online servers are so shit they are near unplayable anyways.

What the hell?.. nintendo games have cigarette packs warnings about cancer and reproductive harm now. Dont smoke your nintendo games kiddos, its dangerous for your health and can fuck up your fetuses :story:
They put some kind of chemical additive to the plastic they use to manufacture Switch cartridges to make them taste nasty to discourage idiot children from eating the things. I don't know if they continued doing that for Switch 2 carts, but I can't imagine why they'd stop, unless...

If that additive has made Switch 1 and 2 carts carcinogenic, I'm going to laugh my fucking ass off.

I wonder why the focus is always on Nintendo when console bricking has happened with Microsoft and Sony as well. A lawyer named Moon (not the one known for allegedly plagiarizing YouTube video ideas) made a video questioning why gaming channels don't investigate similar issues with Microsoft and Sony.
Because they are the worst when it comes to bricking.

How would people even be able to play bonanza early? I'm pretty sure switch games are locked until their official release date if you manage to snag an early copy
That’s only true for digital copies of Switch 2 games due to changes made to the way the eShop works (the download time was switched to either 12 AM local time rather than 12 AM Eastern Time), physical copies still work if you get ‘em early but you may not be able to download any Day One patches until release date.

They do, it’s one of the first thing people checked.

It makes me so happy knowing one of the first things people (presumably adults) did when they started getting Switch 2 carts is sticking them in their mouth "just to see." Om nom nom.

Monkee Game Leaks....
If true then I'm more interested than before.

I don't really care much about hardware being underpowered. Nintendo online is pretty bad though, it renders SSBU unplayable.

This doesn't touch on the arguably more problematic matter of interspecies relations.

Steam Deck retards huff the vent fumes, so it's not surprising.

lolwut

Why would you ever want to do that? Do they also huff the heat exhaust from laptops? PC power supplies?

This fuckin' planet, man...
It was so common that it became a meme on the Steam Deck subreddit. Someone even posted the results of asking Valve if it's safe to huff it, which resulted in the obvious answer.

which resulted in the obvious answer
Do I even want to know? I'll take some guesses:
  • "What the fuck? No, don't do that you fucking dipshits!"
  • "I, er, what? Why would you ever do that?"
  • "I dunno, try it and see what happens."
  • "Valve does not recommend inhaling heated air venting from the Steam Deck, as dust and other contaminants that may have built up on internal components could be loosened and exhausted through the vent at any time, resulting in a possible allergic reaction or difficulty breathing."

Close.

Nintendo is most-emulated with the best tech because Nintendo's games are the best or most iconic or most played or most whatever makes faggots cry.

It is just that simple. Some of Nintendo's most popular games were world-class-popular before some of Nintendo's biggest detractors were even born.

Imagine being so cucked.

WAUW
Looking at lists of most emulated games. Most are pre PS1 era or handheld. Also we mustn't forget that zoomers are literally too retarded to emulate games like Silent Hill

I legit see no reason to own a Switch 2.

The steam deck won by just being what it is, a portable gaming computer with no catches and drawbacks. No bricking nonsense either.

It's weird how Steam just tends to just win by just standing there and let the competition boycott itself

With a steam deck 2 on the possible near future, just why the fuck would you need the switch 2 given how by then we will have the perfect portable emulator machine when that arrives ?

No Switch 2 emulation currently exists and it might be years off. Switch 1 emulators got really lucky finding that physical exploit early on in the system's life.

Just redeemed a digital copy of Donkey Kong Bananza I got from Amazon Japan. It cost £38 for the code vs £60+ the game costs here.

Guess will be buying all my first party games that way from now on.
Then your console bricked for playing the wrong copy of the game.

Hope you have a JP Switch and know Japanese.

Actually, S2 codes are JP region-locked, right? I'm not wrong here?
