Are you really comparing creator clash imploding twice to Sam flipping over Harland's desk and mentioning the Jews as similar levels of self sabotage? Getting generally less funny over the years is not the same as what Ian has done.

I never directly compared. Just throwing words in my mouth lol
But Extreme Peace being rather middling along with Fishtank imploding due to direct incompetence of the people he hired is not a great "look", but buy the supplements. Most of you seem sold on his bullshit.

Yeah, very annoying. It's really not hard to have a nuanced take. He's one of the greatest millennial comedians out there but also a bit insecure and too easily flustered. This podcast didn't really change my opinion of him other than that I'm disappointed he couldn't make the situation funnier.

Sam is going down the same path as iDubbz because he's getting too political and his grift has gotten annoying, played out and unfunny. It's actively working against his comedy and you know its bad when schizos like Charles can handle jokes better than Sam can.

iDubbz went down this path when he dated Anisa and whored himself out to the Breadtube crowd. His "comedy" just devolved into political rants and virtue signaling. Granted, Sam isn't doing a total 180 on his views or marrying a controlling BPD cunt.

Yeah I know, I'm trying to get a generalized view of what you're conveying. I'm saying that Ian's self sabotage is on a cosmically different level. I'm not saying that Sam is infallibly funny. I haven't even watched EP yet so please stop "throwing words in my mouth lol" about me being a dick rider or buying his supplements.

Yeah I would agree with most of that about Sam. I just take umbrage with saying he's going down the same path as Ian. He might technically be but Ian is miles and miles further down that path. But in theory sure they're on the same path.

that's kind of what makes me hesitant to say that he even chimped out here because what even is the L being taken here? just prostrating yourself in front of someone who's just going to mock you to your face? "turn the other cheek" doesn't mean you should expose yourself when attacked it means that you turn around and tell them to kiss your ass.

i don't know if flipping tables is the way to do, i guess even jesus did that a couple times, but it was kind of the turning point in that story.

Damn I haven't thought of Harland Williams in a hot second, but I watched the shit out of the movie Rocketman growing up. In that movie he acted with a chimp, so I can imagine this being somewhat similar.

You can tell that Sam is rattled and that's when he's at his worst. I think he is really bad when he gets caught flat footed. You can tell he has temper issues that he can hardly keep under control normally but when he feels cornered it just breaks. Makes me think he's a little pent up from not being able to get a full session of abuse of Fishtank members. I wonder if there's a potential that Sam snaps and kills someone on camera. I think in another time, Sam would have been the kinda guy that beat the shit out of his family instead, but his efame has closed that door for him.
