Here's the (late) written summary of Nick's Monday/Monty stream. Much has been covered ITT and/or on Elb and Stallyn19's channels. There is some additional information below. Spoiling most of it so as not to clog the thread.

This Is Loss? Marc Randazza On "Losing" My Lawsuit

1752716539213.webp
A few things the thread has not covered (that I've seen):

- Nick says that he “lettered in speech” in HS. I believe this is new lore @Himedall All-seeing Waifu. (Non-Americans, this means he achieved varsity level.)

- Also, new lore on Nick's dealer, from the transcript. Nick's words:
1752716176389.webp

- Rendazza seems to be on Null and Hardin's side about the bodycam footage.

- A Supertip accused Monty yet again:
1752715680862.webp

-At the end, during the drunk lawyer song, Nick said this. It seemed to be a non sequitur. The chat wasn't discussing it.
1752715454808.webp
- Opened with the "actual criminal firm in central MN" line

- Rendazza joked about hiding out in his Las Vegas condo (implication is hiding out from the crossfire of the Monty suit)

- Nick said that "years of pointless litigation ended in a sputter". Rendazza compared it to WWI.

- Nick complained about Rendazza's rates but later thanked him for giving him a reduced rate.

- Marc and Nick agreed that the point was to get out of the suit, which means that it's "a win".

- Marc wanted to re-litigate the Anti-SLAPP. He still doesn't know where Monty lives, CO or IL; Nick said that when Monty showed pics to demonstrate that Nick was stalking him, Nick says Monty was in def in CO. He also said those pics were from before the pedo remarks; Rendazza said he’d have liked another "bite" at Anti-SLAPP due to MN's new law.

- Hardin and Rendazza had a conversation when Monty wanted extra time to prepare for discovery. Rendazza said the conversation was friendly, and he allowed 120 extra days.

- Nick finds it odd that Monty wanted discovery because it was not necessary to “resolve the issues”; they agreed on the facts.

- Neither man understands why there were any damages alleged; Nick points out that Monty had a bad reputation to begin with; he didn’t create the harm.

- Nick believes Schnieder was working on contingency but then said that he thinks Schnieder “pocketed” the $17K Monty raised; Rendazza believes the money went to the appellate lawyer bc Schnieder doesn’t do appellate work.

- They joke about the ADA (Americans with Disability Act) regarding Monty and about how he eats old shrimp.

- Rendazza is an Italian citizen, speaks fluent Italian, and ranted about the plural of cannoli

- Nick says that Monty’s first filings claimed that he [Nick] and the LawTube community had a “criminal conspiracy ring” to defame him; they laughed at Monty’s original RICO claims and conspiracy theories.

- Rendazza joked about his bill to Nick only being $837.00.

- “ThreeYearLetterMan” is Rendazza’s favorite tweeter.

- Rendazza liked school because “it was where all the drugs were”. He later told his drug stories; Nick loved every story and fanboyed.

- Now that he’s sober, Nick is mostly bored; the “world is not as bright as I remember”. Rendazza got clean after having cancer and being fed too many opioids.

- Nick acknowledges that a more casual use of the drugs he took would have been better because the serotonin is better regulated; said he took MDMA a lot but rarely had an “MDMA hangover”.

- Nick knew a lot about Rendazza defending a man who fucked a Doberman in TX; cue gross jokes.

- Rendazza published articles for Popehat. Popehat doesn’t like Nick.

- Nick ponders why possession is illegal but not use; he believes that potential “negative consequences” should not be illegal

- They joke that weed used to be fun, but Republicans using have made it unfun by doing it too.

- Rendazza wanted to depose Monty’s wife and Schnieder; laughed about the “emotional distress” claim; they believe that Schnieder and Monty’s strategy was flawed from the beginning, and Schnieder realized it was a loser.

- Rendazza agrees with Null and Hardin about the body cam; Nick says he’s only in the body cam for about 10 min.

- Legal war stories were told from Rendazza; defending Milo, ANTIFA, etc.; Nick disagrees with several of Scalia’s decisions (libertarian silliness).

- Rendazza seems somewhat regretful about his defense of pornography; he always thought some “guardrails” would be enacted. Nick goes on to project that everyone is degenerate.

- Saying goodbye, Nick thanked Rendazza for the “discounted” rates; Rendazza thinks Monty paid more than Nick did.
Disclaimer: I was having Nick-fatigue. My notes here are less comprehensive and I ignored his repetitive statements.

- Nick thinks that Monty withdrew due to the questions they were planning to ask

- Discussed Aaron’s HRO; Aaron offered a settlement and Nick said “get fucked”

- Nick was recently talking about the 8th Amendment with his kids in the car (sound like it was about abortion issues or capital punishment); Nick is anti-death penalty “these days” but also against seatbelt laws bc child endangerment laws already exist

- Pontificated on marriage in response to a chat. Spoke with authority about how you have to "relearn" each other ever 7 years

- At 2:23:12 he showed Interrogatory questions posed to Monty. He said they had did a few (MN allows for 80) in order to save more questions for later. A sampling:
1752716896286.webp

- Addressed how courts decide if someone is a "public figure".
I'll get to last night's stream and his appearance on Colonel Kurtz show tonight/tomorrow.

First he soils Warhammer 40K and the Joker, now he's got his bony blue hands on The Critic. I swear this fiend is trying to ruin my childhood memories, as if I were one of his kids. Dirt By Association. He better stay away from the good anime and comics. So help me, if he starts streaming Super Nintendo games...

He would rather stream Kurt cooking.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed he kinda went insane via Aaron. He had great detail for Rekieta but kinda lost the plot on Aaron.
I think BG's thing is he doesn't want to be partial to any one side on anything. He's complained about "team sports" before.

Whereas I feel don't have the luxury of doing that. My own moral compass tells me that, in this ongoing situation, there's really no choice to be had here. Which is not to say you have to like everybody Nick is fighting with. I don't particularly like Aaron, for example.

Some people get really mad at BG about it. I try not to be a dick, and see things from his POV, but I just can't get to wherever he is at.

Yeah, Aaron, Kurt, Andrew, Faran, Monty, etc., all have their own issues, but it's all baby shit compared to Nick. Sometimes it even feels like nitpicking. Possibly even bullying.

For me, it's like when Sean was asked about who he would give the sole life preserver to: Nick or Kurt? Like, honestly, is that even a difficult question for most people here?

EDIT: I stand corrected, I just saw his latest community happenings post.
BOXING LICENSE! YAY!
funny-animals-seal.gif

Seriously, I mocked this crap earlier in the month (even using the same gif). To me, things like that only serve to further underscore the divide between the sins of Nick, and and the sins of Aaron.

Nick said that "years of pointless litigation ended in a sputter". Rendazza compared it to WWI.
I can see it.

Otto Von Bismark once predicted that WWI
would start over "some damn foolish thing in the Balkans."
The lawsuit started over Nick acting like a complete niggerfaggot retard in Minnesota.

Both were stupid and avoidable.

That speaks to the casus belli though. In terms of the conduct of the War, I think Nick took much heavier casualties.

Nick believes Schnieder was working on contingency but then said that he thinks Schnieder “pocketed” the $17K Monty raised; Rendazza believes the money went to the appellate lawyer bc Schnieder doesn’t do appellate work.
I agree with Randazza, but I think the amount that went to the appellate lawyer was closer to 14-15k, because that is what he managed to raise when the appeal happened. Since then, he only managed to get an additional $3,000. That could be going to Hardin.

- Nick says that he “lettered in speech” in HS. I believe this is new lore @Himedall All-seeing Waifu. (Non-Americans, this means he achieved varsity level.)
Varsity in *speech*? Either he went to the gayest high school on the planet or it's yet another Rekieta Lie (tm).

"Nick says that he “lettered in speech” in HS. I believe this is new lore @Himedall All-seeing Waifu. (Non-Americans, this means he achieved varsity level.)"

CONFIRMED faggot nerd, who went to an equally faggot HS that allowed varsity lettering in speech Lol
As if being a male cheerleader didn't seal it already. My HS didn't have it for anything outside of sports, though I believe they have since added debate team.

You could get letters for non-sports at my high school, but it was pretty shameful. Like, you wouldn't get a jacket to wear it on like the jocks would. It usually meant you just showed up enough to get one. (Or did it 4 years.)

I don't believe Nick was that good at it, so it was probably the participation trophy route.

Nick ponders why possession is illegal but not use; he believes that potential “negative consequences” should not be illegal
I get he has holes in his head from all his substance abuse; but I seriously wonder how someone with a creative writing degree and a law degree can be so fucking narrow-minded/blinded with lolbertarian shit. I get creative writing is a meme degree and college expectations are low; but the main part is there in the name, creative... and yet he seems unable to even do some mental stretching to come up with something.

Since we're talking about high-school and lettering; lettered in Band, Wood Winds. The Band and Music Director were the best parts of the school; and the meme was "People come to the Football games to watch the Marching Band." And they did, the Band was where it was at in my school. We got letterman jackets, got letters in Marching Band and... I forget the word, but extra flair (pins) for Concert, Pep, Jazz, etc.

Below are notes from Nick's appearance on Colonel Kurtz appearnce. Timestamp: 32:07-1:15:10.

BLAKE LIVELY & EPSTEIN TRUMP FIASCOS LIVESTREAM: GUESTS WILL PICK A POISON FOR OUR CONVOS

1752718752357.webp
What's with the hair, Rekieta?

TL;DR: Claimed he DID have another contract with Rumble lined up before the arrest but unsigned by Rumble, waxed poetic about the benefits of Ketamine, more King David ranting, and said, "Here's the thing, if I had a gate on my driveway, I wouldn't have been arrested."
Context: Kurtz larps as an intellectual conservative who does deep commentary on popular culture. An MA in English Lit, IIRC.

- On Monty: "People say Monty's movie a snuff film". Didn't explain the reason for the suit or defamation per se.

- Retold the Keffals saga, being banned on YT, and the ethics complaint.

- Said that Rendazza cost between $650-700/hour.

- Kurtz was inquiring about his opinion on Anti-SLAPP. He has mixed feelings due to Vic.

- Views the Epstein saga as "a disaster" for Trump, but said the "dogma" about the list and conspiracy theories is problematic. He's concerned about the "third group" who may have gone to the island but not been involved with pedo activity.

- On Presidents being criminal, "sometimes you need a dirty motherfucker to get things done" and said that God agrees with that. Retold his version of the King David story. (The Bible-focused people here may want to document it. Timestamp approx 56:00.) He said his "father-in-law" agrees (not sure if that's Kayla's dad or step-dad).

- In relation to Epstein issue, discussed how he [Nick] is propositioned constantly even as a "low level podcaster celebrity".

- Talked about shipping container party boats in international waters. (HUH?)

- Called ketamine "amazing" and then quickly clarified that it should be under the direction of a doctor. "It creates an intimate experience that is unmatchable"; he loves how it promotes creativity.

- Said that he DID have a contract with Rumble "right before I was arrested" but they hadn't signed it yet.

- Ethan Ralph followed Nick (I didn't watch).

So Nick is not the only person who has a shrine dedicated to Aaron. I don't know what they see in this guy.
I assume that it's because all of them, Aaron included, are morons, and they're insanely jealous because Aaron has managed to obtain some small amount of career success and has been unusually lucky in avoiding negative consequences for his idiocy.

"Here's the thing, if I had a gate on my driveway, I wouldn't have been arrested."
Oh please.

That's like those crazy trans bitches that ran that Alpaca farm, and boasted they had a gate "that would stop a Crown Vic."

Just troon out already, Nick.

Views the Epstein saga as "a disaster" for Trump, but said the "dogma" about the list and conspiracy theories is problematic. He's concerned about the "third group" who may have gone to the island but not been involved with pedo activity.
You mean like how he claims he went to the another particular island but didn't actually engage in any swinging?

BTW, 🔥 take: You'll never see that list because everybody is on it. Both sides of the aisle.

In relation to Epstein issue, discussed how he [Nick] is propositioned constantly even as a "low level podcaster celebrity".
I'm sure, Nick.

Uhhh what? Aaron has no success. He never hits his goal and averages 100 viewers

Yeah I call bullshit. I posted a snippet from a motion in another recent case of Randazza's where he was charging $1000 an hour. There's basically zero chance I believe Mr "I want at least used BMW money" is giving an obnoxious trust fund brat like Nick a 30%+ discount

Said that he DID have a contract with Rumble "right before I was arrested" but they hadn't signed it yet.
Sure you did. I mean Rumble was very publicly not renewing almost any contracts for financial reasons at that time, but they were definitely going to give one of the few they did to a retard whose show numbers were shit, whose content was dying on it's arse and who constantly moaned about how the deal he already had was bad.

January or February is basically just before May. Sure thing, balldoman. We already know you had to cut the meal plans months before that.

He said this in a LOCALS stream a year or two before the arrest and after his return from the first trip to Hedonism II. It was part of his lie that 'I only doo drugs where legal and no children are present' to prove he was a principled person who 'just likes to have fun'.

I hope that his children who do this activity do not copy their father's other behaviours.

My sources say otherwise. They were appalled with Nick.

"Here's the thing, if I had a gate on my driveway, I wouldn't have been arrested."

Are these magic words? They had a warrant to search the property. They were coming in.

- Talked about shipping container party boats in international waters. (HUH?)

He thinks there is some weird legal loophole to get out and do whatever he wants (i.e. booze, drugs, and prostitution) with no consequences.

BTW, 🔥 take: You'll never see that list because everybody is on it. Both sides of the aisle.

I do not care if the King is on it. They all need to be names, tried, then hanged. Sometimes a few good people get swept up in a bad situation. If we civilised men and women cannot agree that paedos are bad, then what universal moral stand can we agree on?

I don't buy it. The guy is unhinged about Aaron, it's actually weird. If he didn't want team sports what's he doing in the Rekieta thread, everyone (rightfully) hates this drug addicted faggot.
"Here's the thing, if I had a gate on my driveway, I wouldn't have been arrested."
I guess he means they would have gotten rid of the evidence in time? I almost wish he had, he would have probably killed himself at this point if the cops hadn't taken his drugs.
