True, Aaron has also shown a disability to present his case properly and/or use the material that has been available to him in the most effective manner.

I didn't see this posted, but as of last week Aaron Imholte may be going to a new boxing gym (despite still being suspended) after having a disagreement with Coach Scott.

Aaron says he had a disagreement with Coach Scott after Aaron brought in a homeless man who only had experience in "street fights" and wanted to spar with him without him paying for a membership. Aaron claims that Coach Scott dismissed the man as coming from the local shelter and went against the spirit of the sport of boxing by not letting this homeless street fighter in for free.


Never mind that somebody suspended by USA Boxing and who shouldn't be involved in boxing activities at the gym at all trying to train a homeless street fighter who hasn't paid and isn't a member of the gym at all sounds like a liability nightmare. Aaron apparently has been banned from Thursday night boxing at the gym since his suspension started nearly 6 months ago, meaning smuggling in a homeless man was Aaron's only chance at sparring with someone.

Aaron says he was invited by someone he knew called "Avery" to a new boxing gym in east St. Cloud. This matches up with an article about Respect Fight Club, a place that opened in 2023 where one of the coaches in the article is named Avery. (Coach Scott also talks about Avery in the video below).

Chad Zumock called Coach Scott, who seemed to confirm some sort of dispute involving a homeless street fighter, but he denies knowing that the man was homeless. He says that his position was simply that he's not willing to give discounted or free memberships to adults, although he'd consider it for kids. Coach Scott was apparently also annoyed that this was at some other time than the normal boxing class.

Coach Scott confirms that Aaron has never attended the Thursday night boxing since his suspension, stating that SafeSport "said no" and that "he has to stay away from boxing." Aaron comes in at other times and does his own thing and only interacts with Coach Scott for "five to seven seconds" each time. Although Aaron still appears as suspended by USA Boxing on the SafeSport website, Coach Scott claims that Aaron has since been cleared by SafeSport, but "it's up to USA Boxing what they want to do with it". He says he hasn't had time to ask USA Boxing about the status of the investigation.

I think they might be questioning whether Nick's done enough for the RO, but might want to look at Melton first to see if they get anything that might be relevant to Nick.

I still think it's a dumb idea to be represented by the same lawyer for these two chucklefucks facing the HRO from Aaron. Minimally you'd think White could hand Melton off to one of his associates or someone who goes to the same Lion's Club.

That said, I love how it blew up in White's face, since he's representing both.

Pretty sure Nick wants to "help" Melton to ensure the lawyer doesn't give him good advice like throwing Nick under the bus to save his own skin. This fairly clear conflict of interest has the potential to bite White on the ass, but I'm not sure he knows that because he's a moron.

Coach Scott, or one of your companions, keep a lookout for Aaaron accusing you of CSA, Aaron's so unhinged I wouldn't put it past him to throw that landmine on you.
 
I think Sean might be right, and Aaron won't prevail in keeping his HROs in place.

In other words, a Total Balldo Victory where Nick and Melton are able to do what they want with Aaron.
