Why would foreign superpowers capable of challenging the United States militarily or economically threaten Trump to not release the files? China, Russia, or whoever would be salivating at the opportunity to watch the elite of the Western neoliberal hegemony be ousted by angry Americans for diddling kids.

Unless you're trying to imply that Israel will sanction or wage war with the United States if the CIA or the Mossad loses the leverage of being able to blackmail the Western elite? The kikes aren't going to strike themselves because then they'd really have a reason to cry out in pain for once, and Trump has proven himself nothing if not philosemitic. Doesn't make sense.

The letter concludes: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”
In an interview with the Journal on Tuesday evening, Trump denied writing the letter or drawing the picture. “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story,” he said.
“I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women,” he said. “It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”
He told the Journal he was preparing to file a lawsuit if it published an article. “I’m gonna sue The Wall Street Journal just like I sued everyone else,” he said.

just in case anyone is too dumb to do the math or just click, his 50th birthday was in 2003, and the first public accusations were in march 2005. i don't have any desire to defend trump on this anymore, but that seems like context that would be important for the thread. i hope every kiwi will click on the archive, but just in case.

this was almost exactly 2 years before the first public stuff, so it's not quite as damning as it appears, but it does seem to imply trump had kept up with epstein at least as an arms length friend. interesting, though of course only circumstantial at best due to the timing.

It's pretty obvious the WSJ thing is bullshit (like JD Vance said, it doesn't even sound like something Trump would say) and it's making me rethink the entire "Epstein files" situation. It sounds more and more like it's the legacy media trying to use lies and manipulation to control and punish Trump than anything else. I think it's safe to say they don't exist and if they do, they're just a nothing burger.

I don't believe the Wallstreet article, but Trump and AG Bondi have done such a terrible job handling the Epstein stuff that it could've easily prevented all this drama. Like all of this drama could've been prevented with such ease, even if they just drip fed shit about Epstein.

Shouldn't have flip flopped on the topic saying it's real/not real and cashing ones check too early saying a "list" is on their desk ready to be signed for release.

Good time to learn that there is no radical left wing of American politics, and that both parties are two sides of the same gross coin. The real big players, all wrapped up in Epstein one way or another, have the power and resources to obscure the truth.
