I think of that were the case he'd put out a community post and stream on kick all week while bitching and whining and threatening legal action.
Ya every other time DSP had some sort of strike he would fire up a stream on another website and since he is already streaming to Kick makes no sense for him not to do it.

I could see him actually getting a community guidelines strike just because of how he aggro he has been on his streams over the last few months but no reason for him to hide it.

I am curious about the emails he has been receiving, because they clearly jarred him. I do have a super Theo theory linking up to the lawyer talk, as Phil tells what he is thinking, and that was money.

3) Phil thought mommy would leave him a shit ton and was rattled; this is the "traumatic" portion of his week.
Sorry, but the fact that he empathized how dark and traumatic the last week was like 5 times means it's a lie, and whatever happened was actually a pretty ordinary affair or something not particularly bad.

My theory is he went back to CT not cause of health reasons, but to beg mommy for money to pay for the King Arc's taxes. Parent's didn't refuse to give him something, but it was not enough to cover 100% of his debt.
4) Enter legal saga where he wants money to recoup mommy's non-existent will. He had hastily done this.
He's drowning in debt, mommy didn't bail him out 100%, not only does he owe taxes, he also maxed out every predatory store credit line he was able to get last year as it's been enough time from the bankruptcy that he was able to get some.

Remember, his only "long term" plan consists on the following:
1. Get credit cards back.
2. ?
3. Profit.

If you want another Theo Theory, there's the possibility that he was struck with a YouTube strike last week over his shitty behaviour, and was blocked from streaming for a week. The evidence came from a detractor channel, and Phil being his usual grudge-holding self, has decided to "do something" about it.
Unlikely, but the timing fit perfectly for this if Phil got the strike at the end of the 4 July begathon. He announced his return exactly a week after. But, I can't see why he'd hide this and not bitch up a storm about "lost income" and Youtube wronged him while he did nothing wrong.

He is 2 years away from bankruptcy 2

With how much shit he's buying for his useless streams, I wouldn't be shocked if he's got a calendar alert to go off on the day he can legally declare bankruptcy again. It would also explain all the hardcore begging he's been doing. Those light up tech toys don't pay for themselves.

Yeah, if something happened that blocked his access to streaming on YT or Kick, he'd be throwing a fit about it on the other platform and would be hardcore begging for money because of his loss of income.

I think the best part about Phil playing Platformer games or Collect a thon games is he will normally stick it out and make it to the end even if the goal is not met and than he wage quits the post game content. Already happened with Kirby and Mario will it happen again with DK

Also, i can swear he said the dishwasher was "broken" because they "accidentally" washed paper plates in there. So it probably didnt break. The drain line was most likely just clogged with slop and paper plate debris. Hasn't he gotten a new one since then though? Idiot could have just disconnected the dishwasher drain and cleaned it out.
On the topic of broken stuff in the house, I've always wondered what the deal with his "broken toilet" is. Toilets are very simple devices that only have a handful of parts inside. There aren't that many different things that could go wrong with a toilet, and I wonder what the problem could be. It would be hilarious if it's just something like a fill valve.
I wonder if there could be some major plumbing issues in the khando. He's so absolutely fucked if he ever needs to sell because he wants/needs to move.

He was so fucking bad at donkey kong it was legit crazy to see. The gameplay fall off is insane for someone who plays games every day he has become so bad.
Also he knew you could save the game in the pause menu he just wanted to do Double OT hoping he would have gotten a Hail Mary tip

1000002515.webp I dont want to link the actual video to give dsp the views.

So after watching this video this morning, I decided to pick up ATS because it was on sale for $5 to get an idea of how hard it is. As it turns out, it's not that hard. It took me a moment to get my truck legs, because having such an intricate driving simulator for a type of vehicle I've never driven is incredibly surreal and I needed a few moments to get immersed, but once I was on the highway, it was no more as difficult to play than driving in real life. I had absolutely no problem obeying every traffic law and avoiding collisions with traffic, despite steering with WASD and using my turn signals with Q and Z.

In fact, I would go as far as saying how well you drive in real life translates to how well you drive in ATS, and since Phil sucks at ATS, it really is a good thing the guy gets everything delivered to his doorstep, because he'd be an actual menace on the road.

Parking the trailers is pretty hard, though. Still trying to get the hang of it.

Don’t forget that he said he’s broken multiple toilets, as in the same one broke multiple times. Kat is fat but the porcelain throne is supposed to be strong. And this is the toilet in the master bedroom too of all places.

(Now he’s also flushed grease down the toilet so that might be the real cause)

So he has 2 full bathrooms with half of it not working. Pretty based if you ask me.

What is an "ATS"? I googled it and all I got was Automatic Transfer Switches for generators.

Edit: I'm a dunce lol

This makes the most sense to me. His impotent rage and threats of lolsuits against detractors once he returned, the "I'm back baby" message on Xitter and his bitching about how miserable his time away was.

While I agree that based on his past actions, one would rightfully assume that he would stream on KICK during his "ban." However, his absolute defiance to give detractors a W coupled with his insistence that he now needs to keep his private life separate from his online presence, leads me to believe that he thinks that if he admitted to being struck for bad behavior, that would only embolden the detractors to ramp up their reporting efforts in the future and could lead to even more bans.

I feel the sick/dying parents is just too much of an opportunity to farm pity bucks for DSP to pass up. He's done it before with varying degrees of success. And as we all know, if he finds something that works, he will absolutely run it into the ground.

ATS and ETS are pretty easy, and so is driving. All you have to do is pay attention and be cautious. I agree parking the trailer is a nightmare, but the overhead camera makes it easier.

As for Phil, he 100% is a bad driver. He doesn't pay attention, he doesn't see, he blames everyone else and he's a complete pussy, which sometimes causes accidents on the road. I am almost completely certain the accident that "burnt half of his face off" is entirely his fault, was nothing like he described it, and was a result of him panicking at the sight of a potential dangerous situation and turning it into an actual dangerous situation.
