If a study dares to acknowledge that blacks are less intelligent, more prone to violence, overrepresented in crime and rape stats, or anything negative and true, it's always couched under "socioeconomic conditions" or "poor nutrition" or any number of things. The problem is that you'd expect retarded people with poor impulse control to experience those problems naturally, too.

They try and pull an Uno reverse and suggest it's environmental conditions causing their issues, not them causing their environment. That shit wouldn't even matter anyway because a rational person would just say, "who cares? Get them away from me." But we can't even do that with pitbulls so I doubt other humans will get the truth, either.

Correlation != causation is a huge problem with the majority of social studies like this. It's impossible to untangle confounding variables like this, but with racial shit, they work overtime to pretend there is no tangle. And they go with the one that absolves them and shuts up people who know. At best, the end result will always be that black people are never to blame for their poor results in life. But often, it's blamed on whites.

Be me, hired to breach doors/safes fast/silently during evictions, warrants, random LE related incidents. Get my time, date and location, for day of common court ordered eviction. LE is late for court ordered anything by at least 45 minutes for these things, I start to shoot the shit with the guy who owns the dwelling. Nicest guy in the world, not a massive property management company just some poor guy who was certainly not dumb but trusted nigger tenant. Huge mistake.

Eviction process takes over 12 months IIRC. Stupid cunt keeps delaying hearing date, calls the courthouse day of final hearing tells the clerk she has "emergency surgery" tries to push the court hearing back another 3-4 months IDK. Judge says something like it's not his first day on the job and basically says fuck you, bye! Orders eviction.

Morning of, I put on my kevlar my lucky charm necklace and kiss Mrs Troon_Patrol in case the .01% chance shit goes sideways I've always heard about. 95% of the time tenants are gone after being served court GTFO paperwork posted to the front door for all to see including the neighbors.

PD finally arrives, its around noon and I standby if they signal for a breach. LE starts banging on door loudly announcing "LE COME TO THE DOOR NOW!" nobody answers. They signal for breach first security door open and the inner wooden door opens. Magically none of them heard the banging on the door but as soon as it's apparent we are coming in with or without permission they open the inner door. I step back let LE do the talking. All 3 adult niggers are home doing jack fucking nothing on a Tuesday afternoon if I recall. Surprisingly, no job applications or work attire in sight.

Whatever, none of my business, not my problem. start working on door hardware as LE explains they need to get their shit and go.

Return to the door 10 mins later new keys. Commanding officer on site approaches me explains I or rather prop manager must give new keys to tenants as eviction not going through. Um, WTF? Only seen this once in 10 years. I tell him I understand and ask why. Now if I am recalling this correctly... He says one of tenants was a minor when they moved in, now an adult who must be served as an adult by name, this was not formally done. The fact everyone in the dwelling knew for months this day was coming means nothing. Entire day is a "reset".

Property manager is annoyed but doesn't lose his cool. I feel bad for the guy but nothing I can do. CO made it sound as if this was a court ordered emergency stay of action. They way he spoke he implied dumb nigger cunt was obviously manipulating the court bureaucracy, the judge would see through it in 3 seconds and he'd probably see us in couple of weeks.

Cut to over 75 fucking days later....

Back in Kevlar with local PD. GTFO for real this time. Property manager has a look on his face of relief like he called a pest removal company. Once again, nicest guy ever, certainly not dumb. Dust has settled it's just us. I express I have a policy to take no personal grievance towards any party but I couldn't help an unintended emotional investment and I'm glad his problem appears solved finally. I finally ask him the horrifying details.

Property owner: 1 month.

TP: Jesus Christ, you ran a background check on her criminal records and past tenant records?
PO: Yes. Absolutely. She manipulated the system by (SHIT I WILL NOT OPENLY POST HERE). She had career in real estate and knew how use the court bureaucracy in her favor.

TP: What happened with the emergency stay of action hearing? The math confused the hell out of me on that given the reason, didn't make any sense.
PO: Well it turns out on her application she lied about the sons age. He was adult the day they moved in, making him an adult tenant requiring contract not the child of the single tenant, it was the deciding factor for the judge who was over our hearings.

TP: You're fucking kidding me?
PO: No, her son even read out something about civil rights being the reason they didn't pay rent. It sounded like he had Chat GPT write it for him, people were openly laughing in the back of the courtroom.

I had no words. This nigger cunt and adult sons had stolen over 50K in rent plus attorneys fees plus days owner took off work to deal with court dates she didn't even show up for half the time and I'm sure I'm missing more. They felt the entitlement to stand before a judge and strangers claim they had a right to do this. She committed some minor forgery or fraud in stating the age of her son(s). The property owner went on to say when a more aggressive background check was done it was revealed she had 2 prior evictions.

Although he's definitely wrong about Koko; her signing skill was largely exaggerated and she frequently went for the nipples of the women around. Still, I'd prefer her over the Somali gremlins.
