2, I think, would be weird (possibly "funny and weird"). I dunno if anybody here is predicting 2. The petition against Melton strikes me as the stronger of the two. I kinda struggle to imagine a scenario where he loses against Melton and then wins against Nick.

Despite the fact I think Nick is an absolutely horrible excuse for a human being and, in many ways, worse than Melton, I have put my obvious personal bias aside here to say, that when viewed only from the standpoint of the claims in these two petitions: Melton actually seems worse. This is so because the HRO against Melton involves direct harassment of the petitioner's minor children, whereas the one concerning Nick does not.

Remember the judge is only gonna know what they're presented, and not what we all know in this thread. For example, it's my understanding Rekieta's child dosing doesn't even factor into this at all, and that is, by far, the scummiest thing Nick has ever done.
