Assuming Claudio is studying at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (which I frankly doubt since to get in there you need to have at least a working neuron), technically, he would not even be able to graduate anymore. The way the degree system works at that university is that it only validates your credits within a period equal to twice the number of years required for the degree. In Claudio's case, since his degree is a four-year program, the time limit for graduating is eight years. What a shame Claudio

The UNAM system allows its employees (from cleaning staff to professors) to enroll their children in a system known as “university initiation.” Basically, it guarantees them both a high school education and a university education within the UNAM system simply because they’re the children of a university employee.
