It's irrelevant, Twitch ToS is mostly a weapon to bully people Twitch doesn't like. It's about ethics in livestreaming. Violate ToS or not, nothing will happen. The significance of it is that it's yet another Mald lie and the dono message Khronos did was extremely pathetic.

People are talking about this shit, Khronos donating on the stream. Of course he does, he donates all the time.

He's such a fucking weasel. This is how he deals with every instance where it comes out he did something wrong. The evidence says he coordinated with Khronos to artificially keep a donation streak going, where Khronos created a fake account to make it look like it didn't come from him, and posted a message pretending he was someone else, an IRL friend of himself. Jason also personally participated in the play acting, reacting to this message, because he had already been informed that fake account is Khronos himself.

But when confronted, he just reframes it as "his moderator donating". Next, he has to spend two weeks banning thousands of people for pointing out he's lying.

Them being "different viewers" is a factor, therefore Khronos creating alts for this is fraud. Twitch has a customer service ticket you can submit as a defrauded PS subscriber.

It's also so scummy to frame it as "What they do with their money is their business " when Khronos ran it by him and got explicit approval beforehand, making it clear no one else in the community was in the know. Imagine any boss saying to any employee, "Hey pal if you want to spend your money on me that's your business." A lot of companies have explicit policies against even allowing that, let alone encouraging it to avoid the issue altogether for this very reason.
