True.I'm pretty sure Ethan paid his lawyer up front. He has a good case but the issue is that the people he's suing don't have that much in assets so when he wins it's going to be difficult to collect. Ethan is a multi-millionaire, he's got the Jew money to blow on a lawsuit where it's more about the principle then any actual financial gain.
For Phil, same deal if he tried suing his 'tractors. I know it's been thrown around that Doody is making $5K a month, which I don't buy, but I don't think any of them make that much money. There's no way Phil could ever find a lawyer to take the case on contingency since there's basically no way the lawyer could ever collect fees with most of them.
As for suing Twitch, Phil definitely doesn't have a case that a lawyer would take on since Twitch's TOS probably say they can terminate the account for whatever reason and the streamer can go fuck themselves, and there's probably a mediation clause in there somewhere that makes suing them pointless regardless.
He was almost in tears. The attempt at recruiting Rich was especially funny to me. The pictures of Bill Gates with assorted birds were a nice touch. I don't know a great deal about him (Rich, not Bill), but watching him shut down Phail's efforts to gain an ally were priceless. You could almost hear Phail's shred of hope shatter.
Ignoring Japan had their own this year,Yep. Note that Phil ragequit four of these games, didn't play three of these, and continues to whine about one after being curbstomped continually.

While somehow making it about his lack of presence. Will he dare claim him and LTG playing would have stopped EVO in it's tracks again? Can't wait for another completely ill-informed rant where he presents himself as the clairvoyant sage, conquering hero and a blameless victim at the same time, who predicted that this would happen because he's the only real motherfucker who is calling out modern fighting games for sucking.
