I'm pretty sure Ethan paid his lawyer up front. He has a good case but the issue is that the people he's suing don't have that much in assets so when he wins it's going to be difficult to collect. Ethan is a multi-millionaire, he's got the Jew money to blow on a lawsuit where it's more about the principle then any actual financial gain.

For Phil, same deal if he tried suing his 'tractors. I know it's been thrown around that Doody is making $5K a month, which I don't buy, but I don't think any of them make that much money. There's no way Phil could ever find a lawyer to take the case on contingency since there's basically no way the lawyer could ever collect fees with most of them.

As for suing Twitch, Phil definitely doesn't have a case that a lawyer would take on since Twitch's TOS probably say they can terminate the account for whatever reason and the streamer can go fuck themselves, and there's probably a mediation clause in there somewhere that makes suing them pointless regardless.

I legit got douche chills due to the second-hand embarrassment of watching DSP enthusiasm deinflate with the information that Triple P changing his stream setup had nothing to do with him.

You'd think (since Phil never does) that he'd at least replace his Queen's crown with a King's crown, but of course, it's Phil.

Begging, being stupid, being cringe, being racist, and more begging is all DSP is capable of doing. So, as you famously say so often...

Okay you mentally ill detractors you clearly dont know how a true human behave. Dsp blinks like that because hes been training himself to always keep an eye on the food of the house because if he doesnt his fat wife will eat it. Also he needs to blink like that to always have vision and see the cinematic games he plays. Clearly you lot would understand this if you were book smart and had sandwhich shop analogies.

Why is a fighting game enthusiast happy that EVO's numbers are dwindling?
Why is someone who doesn't wish any ill will towards anyone happy that EVO is losing popularity?

Not only is it obvious that EVO numbers dropped significantly (I'm sure last year had a considerable spike given the number of games that were released), Phil is as usual being a petty little bitch. This shouldn't concern him since he's part of the FGC, right? Yet he won't miss the chance to gloat about how this proves he was right or something. Hey Phil, why didn't you enter EVO? Since you'll be talking about this, I guess his logic could be applied here, where since he didn't enter, then he has no right to talk about it. Oh wait, he will. What a faggpt.

Here, the funeral home preparing the body will publish an obituary prepared by the family.

They also have to put a death notice in the paper for a week or two wherever they lived, so any creditors owed money can go after it.
