It’s genuinely laughable how Nick throws a tantrum over Sean offering generalised commentary on the HRO,
on his own platform, no less:
“WHERE’S THE ANALYSIS, FAT SEAN?!?!?!”
Sean’s a practising attorney. He doesn't need to crack open the Minnesota Statutes every time he speaks, because unlike Nick, he actually litigates. He knows when a case is DOA because he’s seen it firsthand.
Years of practical experience > Nick’s performative Fastcase and Google Scholar scrolling.
Sean called Nick’s Frank’s Hearing with surgical accuracy. He laid it out. Nick mocked him, and then had to sit there and watch the prosecutors do exactly what Sean predicted. He got pantsed in real time by someone who actually knows what he’s doing. And then there’s Nick’s so-called “analysis.” He regurgitates misunderstood terminology like an evening-class paralegal (which he is) who skipped half the semester (which he did). He apes the structure of legal argument without grasping a shred of its substance. He thinks citing “muh free speech” makes him sound like Johnnie Cochran, never mind that he misapplies it every single time. He whined about Officer Pomplun so loudly, he forgot to challenge the probable cause.
How embarrassing.
At least Barnes went to Yale, even if he’s a fucking retard. Nick? He’s LARPing. He pretends to know the standards of court, despite only being in the room when he's accused of crime.
He’s a YouTuber who skimmed court filings and decided he was ready for oral argument. He gets humiliated every time he steps near the bench. The recommended guidelines for his drug charge were practically nothing, and he still ended up with five years of probation.
In Minnesota. It’s not just that Nick’s analysis is bad. It’s that it isn’t analysis at all. It’s cosplay.
Remember Nick, your not a lawyer, Sean is a lawyer, Mr. Montgomery is a lawyer too. He knows how to break down an argument for a judge to consume with a full docket pushing them to quickly get to a conclusion.
I get the feeling Mr. Montgomery is going to remind you of this same fact as you try to whip out 4 hours of bitching because Aaron has the audacity to feel something other than sheer terror all the time.
