It's still a filter, just because you have covers and pipes doesn't meam you're left with 3-5 sides left to use for input and output, and it gets especially tricky when you want to do liquid crafting without AE2 liquid crafting modules. No sane person is not gonna use AE2 with Greg, storing all items and liquids in crates and tanks like a troglodyte.

It still reduces the logistical challenge and thus the filtering capabilities.
Not removes it- it's still Greg- but reduces it.
 

If you thought it was the upcoming vanilla update in the first part, don't worry, I thought so too.

the joke is that the copper golems take longer with their logistics compared to thaumcraft golems.
