The only time he has mentioned kiwifarms was when that furaffinity redirect was in effect last year, when he wasn't in any heat from drama amongst the Internet, and hasn't dared to mention it again. As most point out, on some level he is likely referring to KF whenever he speaks of "crazy people on Reddit" or whatever.
The mechanics of becoming ambidextrous when one is left-handed seem rather normal and commonplace to me. I have some family members who are naturally sinister-handed, but adapted by getting good with their right hand on par with their left, enough to call themselves ambidextrous, as everything is meant for right-handed people...
...but I wouldn't be surprised if he is bullshitting. I hazard that he is right-handed, and that he read some article about how many celebrities and successful people are left-handed, despite left-handedness constituting a small percentage of the population, so he decided to throw that in there to make himself feel good.
Or maybe not, in any case it would be on brand of him to do something like that.
