I lived with a family of five siblings and I can understand the logic that goes into these families and the crazy amount of competition.

Sure you can have one or two siblings vying for attention for their parents but 5 kids makes everything more vicious and hostile and god damn does it escalate rapidly into these types of relationships.

This is a classic and very advertised case of perpetual and inbuilt family abuse and sadly even if the parents are taken from their kids they will continue to perpetuate the abuse by themselves and will continue for a long time. Not only do they have a fucked up childhood, they are fucked for life.

It doesn't help that they are obviously chosen the scape goats. Jeeze go abuse someone your size you retards.

Edit: you know, if someone proved that any of the children, Cody especially, is autistic or something then it would bump it up from regular child abuse to child abuse of a disabled person, get shit done faster, and likely have harsher charges/sentencing if it makes it to court. there's nothing CPS likes more than to make examples of parents with speds for kids in abuse situations. it's easy to sensationalize in the media, too.

Hearing these fuckfaces defend their atrocious behavior is fucking infuriating. You're supposed to protect your children, not whore them out to the public. I can't imagine the daily bullshit these kids have to go through at school just to hear "Haha, your Dad punched you last night." Shit like that gives other kids at school the idea well if their parents can do it, I can bully the fuck out of this kid and not get in trouble. I was going to say that the kids should just stop reacting to anything, quit feeding it and it won't be worth the effort.

But that's the kind of thing their father should be teaching them. And if they stopped reacting I have a feeling he'd just ramp up the beatings.

The most abused kid apparently (though of course needs to be verified) is not actually supposed to be living with them.

The real mother is one of the dad's exes and apparently she was only sending Cody because where she lived had poor support for his OCD/ADD issues. She also sent their daughter over for thanksgiving, before learning that Michael and Heather changed the signatures on the custody papers, claiming both kids as their charges.

Mother took them to court, but because of a private report claiming that apparently she should of been worse off mentally at birth - the judge ruled in the couples favour and the mother can't afford to dispute the case.

They set up their youtube business name a few weeks after taking the other kid. Apparently there are papers and pictures to prove this is legit.
