David Stebbins v. Joshua Moon and Lolcow LLC. Case: 2:24-CV-00140, Southern District of West Virginia. - Acerthorn sues the Farms

I think we are still waiting for the District judge to rule on the findings of the Magistrate for the In Forma Pauperis application by Stabby. The court is apparently treating this case with the alacrity its merits deserve.
Aren't we closing in on the one year anniversary of that initial IFP filing? This has to be a record for slowest IFP consideration.

I hate when you guys shitpost in this thread

I see a nice notification about a new Mr Stabby post, get all wet and excited about more crazy Stabby lolsuit filings going up but it turns out it's just a bunch of numbnuts trying to be funny.

Son I am disappoint!
stabby will read the posts and get mad about it though. worth.

I noticed something... there's no proof of service that I can see in the docket, was Moon ever even served? For that matter was Lolcow LLC even served? I mean he may have waived that by having his lawyer reply for "Joshua Moon and Lolcow LLC"
The "Stebbins tries to serve Moon" arc would have been extra funny considering Moon's location at the time.

It’s going to be really funny when the judge reads those and ultimately concurs with Null.
I don't see how a judge can see two courts slapping Ace with vexatious litigant status, and conclude "Ace files frivolous lawsuits" is anywhere near libelous. Even if Josh was wrong and Ace really is an innocent justice seeker, it's a very reasonable conclusion for Josh to draw.

Also, I can't wait for the lolbertarian argument that a person may, in fact, choose to enter into voluntary contract to become a slave. Therefore Jones is a legally bound slave, Stebbins is a slave owner, and libel counts 3-4 get thrown out. Start scribbling, Hardin!

FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT TIME, BABY
This is some top tier law lolcowdom. This is obviously not going to work. Acerthorn put time and effort into amending his complaint and he is just going to get slapped with a we didn't give you permission to do this denied lol.

I mean you can't just file an amended complaint. The court has to give you permission.

Greer v Moon racking up those citations, baby!
The funniest thing is I'm pretty sure defendant gets their home jurisdiction as preferred jurisdiction. Also funny that he isn't even citing the most egregious part of Greer v Moon but the fucking weird as jurisdiction shenanigans
