I'm seeing a "Ray Quiles" from Adams County (where the community of Arkdale is, in the town of Strongs Prairie) who in Wisconsin Circuit Courts Access (WCCA) case number 2024AD000523 pled no contest to Operating All-Terrain Vehicle or Utility Terrain Vehicle w/o Valid Registration

May be his father? DOB is 09-1967. Maybe our demented furry is Raymond Jr?
Possible home is 1072 15th Ave, Arkdale, WI 54613.
Appears Raymond lives in the middle of fuck-all-nowhere, which may have contributed to his social autism and reliance on furfag friendships.
