Is there any sort of difference between a "Democratic Socialist" and a communist, or is that yet another example in wordsmithing that take place to obfuscate the truth?
I've been thinking a lot about the natural born citizen thing and wonder if that did get overturned what would make any of us citizens?
If SCOTUS decides birthright citizenship shouldn't be given to the children of non-citizens, I'd suspect the ruling would only be effective moving forward because retroactive application would create an
ex post facto situation not allowed under the law.
When Reagan did away with involuntary commitment there had been a few high-profile cases of wealthy people who were secretly committed by family members after their money. Some had been held against their will for years.
This form of elder abuse has always been rampant - especially when it was easy to get a relative committed just to take their wealth. Even now, it's easy to keep them drugged up and locked in their bedroom; there was even an Law & Order CI episode where Doris Roberts played the elderly matriarch being drugged into giving away her wealth until a grandchild was murdered trying to blow the whistle on her family.

Well it turns out those who needed it the most are the NGO's who handled the event. As the 120 million dollars has pretty much just up and vanished!
Too many "charities" are notorious for having more of their money going to some combination of fees, advertising, and executive wages than to actually helping people in need. It's generally better to support a local charity doing hands-on work or offering desperately needed items and supplies.
This was the most brilliant backfire ever to blow up in the nigger lobby's face. Holy fucking shit, nothing peaks a person on the nigger problem like watching their antics on police encounter videos. I absolutely adore the fact that, as you say, criminals (niggers mostly, let's be honest) weaponized the media to pressure police departments to fully document all encounters to avoid claims of racism and excessive force, only to backpedal frantically as said footage gets released publicly in droves proving just how violent, stupid, selfish, arrogant, greedy and vicious niggers are when they commit crimes. And how uncooperative they are. And how frequently they run away to avoid arrest, regardless of the danger they put others in (high-speed pursuits, reckless driving, etc.).

Then Chief Craig immediately released what raw body cam footage was available - possibly against usual department procedure - to show everyone that the activist narrative was incorrect and the perp in question had taken shots at both random citizens and the police before he was shot by return fire and he was not used as a shooting gallery training dummy as alleged.
TL; DR - Activists engage in misinformation against the local police. Police chief immediately releases body cam footage contradicting every allegation being made in the ultimate BTFO response.
The same activists demanding the body cams as a way to combat "police brutality" tend to dislike them now because the cams usually confirm that the police behaved appropriately or in a justifiable manner in their encounters with suspects.
Then I got out of the bubble and realized they're showing all the black criminals cause that's almost all the fucking criminals and definitely most of the ones that are comically stupid during stops. If anything they go out of their way to show more white trash than blacks whenever possible.
Not only that, the white trash on classic Cops episodes almost always did stupid shit that could have stayed under the radar had they known how to interact with police. I seem to recall an episode where the police pulled over white trash for a typical traffic stop that would have been no more than ticket had it not been for stupid behavior leading to the discovery of drugs and a warrant that the cops weren't even looking for. Meanwhile, the black perps tended to be the ones committing more serious crimes - even if "not always" was true to some extent.

Without digging deeper I wonder if Min is Asian. If so, it might be why he'd rather not say anything about Harris. I forget how long ago it was that social media was abuzz about violence against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) - especially in the western US. That buzz abruptly halted once it was discovered black people were largely the perpatrators of the AAPI violence. If it's true blacks and Asians don't get along for that reason - especially out west - his response would totally make sense.
