GUAVAS completed, but its giving out FALSE data! Below is an 80 day moving average of F0 (voice pitch) vs time. Obviously the below is NOT the case. We can all hear the difference. Looks like GUAVAS needs to be more selective in the clips it chooses to take an F0 from. Selecting some at random I found some with Shaye's voice in, some with voices from videogames, and some with fucking birds tweeting in the background. I was hoping the sample size would account for this but clearly not. I'll have to train it to lock onto Jason's voice only more effectively and rerun it. If anyone here knows anything about audio analysis and wants to chime in, I can put the project on GitHub, as this might take me 8 years to fix.

When you have to have this weird bouncing fidget to everything, even the overworld game sprites are doing it that isn't even synced to the music or thematically appropriate - You're making extra frames and animations for every last sprite for fuck all benefit or reason.
You're just making extra work for something most people are at best going to ignore or at worst are going to be distracted or annoyed by.

I suspect that he has all his sprites bouncing around for the same reason that a stage magician has a wand: to use the motion to draw your eyes away from something he doesn't want you to see, like how the screen as a whole is composed.

I still can't get over the fact he's making a fucking Minecraft server. Premade plugins. Doing yaml config file changes all day. The fact it's only 100 player slots too and currently sits on like 60 per day... You can tell he's fucking seething over it. From videos I've seen, it's literally absolute trash, it's just one main area with a bunch of professions NPCs and that's it, there's meant to be dungeons and shit; I think there's like 4 total? Also, it's completely unmonetised, which is a good thing, but at least if it was he'd have an excuse for making this trash... Maybe it won't be unmonetised for long, seeing as how he's absolutely tanking. I still don't understand what made him think Blockgame was a good idea, I think I heard him say it's because it'll be easier to make an MMO in Minecraft as the multiplayer stuff is already set up. No you retard, the entire game is already set up, and it's fucking MINECRAFT. I get that he wants to larp as an indie game dev for his viewers, but why Minecraft? It's like absolutely ridiculous

I don't pay attention to his gamedev larp so I had no idea "Blockgame" was just a shitty modded Minecraft server. Mald is doing less, worse, than teenagers do in creating (ok, mostly horrifically P2W so credit there) modded massively multiplayer servers.

Meanwhile there are dozens if not hundreds of "hey I decided to make my own Minecraft but with more/better voxels/magic/crafting/story/rpg mechanics/performance/physics/whatever" solo hobbyist projects that you cannot keep out of your social feeds if you ever interact with Minecraft and programming or gamedev content on the same day. I wonder if that's why he decided to make a Minecraft mod actually, it sounds like the kind of thing someone as inept as Mald would do, there's no way he could comprehend actually creating a voxel world so modding Minecraft is as close as he can get to new cawntent.

Not to mention the actual released games like Vintage Story (which based on "professions" and "dungeons" it sounds like Blockgame might be compared to) which he could never even dream of getting close to.
