If he did something that landed her in ER, police would have been called in whether she wanted charges pressed or not. He’s clearly done something recently to be incarcerated without bail. Maybe he got stabby again.

In Dee Dee’s case, she already admitted to police in the past (and without him present) that the violent sex was consensual. There don’t appear to be new charges, so it’s very possible he’ll get off if his lawyer is any good.
