Don't get involved with the Holcaust, pretty easy. Tell them Jews are vengeful and will track anyone who tries to do this to the end of their days and that the Reich does not have all the Jews in the world, there's New York City to worry about.

No. Someone claimed a few years ago to have proof but it wasn't terribly convincing. I tend to be pretty suspicious about stuff like this because it is exactly in the vein of other similar wartime propaganda. It's sort of like the wartime version of an angry woman calling you a dicklet.

I was reading Wikipedia's article about the Holocaust apparently only Jews count as victims of the Holocausts now. Never mind the Communist, Socialists, Romani, freemasons, Catholics priest, JWs, Slavs, homosexuals, and disabled. Never mind they died in the same camps by the same people. No there must be a hierarchy of suffering.

There's actually a separate term for the Gypsy extermination. Not for the rest.

The Allies let homos rot in the KZs when they liberated them and some of the people imprisoned for homosexual crimes weren't let out until the 60s by the West German govt. Since the West Germans kept the sodomy laws on the books; the East Germans removed such laws in the 60s. (Around this time the West Germans repealed their sodomy laws and sent small orphaned boys to live with literal actual pedophiles. Because the Nazis hated pedophilia, you see. I'm not kidding.)

Part of the reason IIRC was that the Nazis didn't actually specify what exactly the sex crimes were in detail. It would be a complete random guess which fag was taken to a camp for having gay sex with another man and which one had gone after little boys or animals.

Of course, nowadays the reality of the upside down pink triangle being a broad symbol for any and all sex criminals and not just the Nazis singling out gays has been pretty much buried. It's hard to find info on the fact they even sent homos to the camps nowadays with the jews hogging the spotlight like they do.
