Something I've been thinking about for a while concerning the modification hearings.
The May 1 hearing appearing to have been a date for the postponed hearing in April, which both parties were notified of in March. Since it's unconfirmed that Zopp is trying to get the three boys in his custody, I think it's also a safe assumption that these hearings might be totally unrelated. A modification hearing can be for a number of things, including custody arrangements so that is still a possibility that Zopp saw the videos in March and decided he wanted custody, though I just wanted to throw that out there.

There's also this (archive). It's a blog comment from earlier this month from someone claiming to be a member of the Zopp family. They say that it is false that Zopp's trying to get custody of the three boys. Obviously there's no way to know if they're telling the truth and until Heather or Mike or Rickie confirm it, nobody knows for sure. I don't even know if Rose or Tim would know for sure. I'd like to believe it's all true and he is trying to get custody and just started the process before the drama all started but yeah.
