The thing about Aaron is whenever he comes even close to winning, he steps on a rake.....or jumps on the nearest rake undoing whatever win he had and harming himself in the process.

If he double-wins this time, he will likely accidentally set himself on fire or drown in a washing machine or break some random Minnesota law that will lead to a five-year new sentence.

I'm still hoping Aaron wins.

Bringing up any of that hacking stuff in court or saying anything about it in court is incredibly dangerous for Nick. Implicating another person (April) is even worse. Its the old "anything you say can and will be used against you" thing. They may never prosecute the hacking, but its still incredibly legally dangerous to start talking about the details of it.

I could see it getting to Aaron, then Aaron telling his lawyer who then mentions it to the judge. Even if they don't accuse Nick directly, "Your honor - it's come to my attention that someone is leaking what's happening in this proceeding in chambers to an outside party. I'd ask that you remind everyone that all present parties are currently under sequestration."

The Judge knows who the troublemaker in the room is, he knows who's been playing games and has been non-stop running their mouth about the HRO.

Mama K popping up to haunt Rekieta is kino all by itself. I wonder if she has heard local gossip about anything else. She is very good at keeping confidences. And she was scared of Rekieta stalking her for the longest time so this is good to see anyway.
