Guessing you're talking about .45 PARABELLUM BLOODHOUND. It does look kinda cool, but it gives me troon vibes tbh. Guess we'll have to wait till it comes out

The thing I liked least about Cassette Beasts, aside from the troony artstyle and 'landlords are literally vampires!' questline, was the whiny pop music they had on the soundtrack.


Having to endure this every time I wanted to save the game was very obnoxious.

I am. I'm also skeptical of the claim that the devs are troons. All we know is that it's some japanese-german couple living in Hamburg. I respect their privacy and lack of self-promotion. They dropped their game and stayed away from the community. Wish more indie-devs were this humble.

Of these "modern classic survival horror" Signalis is my favorite. It doesn't feel like it's trying to emulate something, rather it takes the mechanics because they best support what they're going for. This is different to 99% of other modern survival horror games who want to put themselves in a niche because they heard Silent Hill 2 was highbrow.

My favorite part about Signalis is that the puzzles aren't the most lobotomized retard shit. Other games are made by 100 IQ average midwits who don't understand how to make a good, difficult puzzle that doesn't frustrate. Most of the time it's just finding some document where someone spells out the solution in plain text. Signalis actually makes you work for it. You might get stuck for a bit but I'd rather have the accomplishment of finding the solution than have a game-designer think of me as an idiot.

Sure, space yuri has a troon-feeling but there's an actual relationship between Ariane and Elster. It helps amplify the horror of being trapped in a psycho-timeloop by your loved one that never ends regardless of what you do.

I'd struggle to believe anyone writing stories about lesbians isn't a troon vicariously living out their fantasies. Especially when said lesbians don't look like bulldykes.

That's the one and i also agree on the troon vibes now that i watched the trailer again, just checked what else the studio has out (i thought from its name that it was a japanese studio, one of the reasons i was hyped for the game, it seems that it's just weeb/tranny obfuscation though) and VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action rings the troon alarm bells a lot louder than PARABELLUM.

I heard that the developers caught the troon bug but only recently. I'm shocked that it took this long tbh.
Sidenote: Was looking through 4chan archives a while back. The Vallhalla community were using Discord long before it became popular.

They've been in his community for a while and you can tell when he just doesn't wanna deal with them and play games. I feel like Joel is like this too like they know how rabid these people can be but are slightly good at just trying to block them out as best as they can.

These people will never understand why folks are sick of them everywhere because they can't just enjoy or make things without being incredibly obnoxious about it.
