I think this is probably - on top of the obvious bitterness and jealousy - why she spergs the fuck out when people associated with her go (not Phase) corpo, because they're very very unlikely to collab with her after that due her being brand poison.
 
I mostly have seen Shondo from clips, this whole thing with Bao is what led me to find out her mother killed herself.

To be frank, I don't think anyone at Phase would give a fuck if Shondo was there. Many of them worship Muu Muyu as their loli icon, both Shiina & Panko have made it obvious they are pro lolicon, Pippa has openly talked about being pro lolicon & tried to argue with her chat Destiny style that AI could be used to make "legal" child porn until her chat reminded her that it needs to be trained on something in order to generate it. Shondo would probably be welcomed with open arms.
