The real problem, with everything really, is that productive intelligent people with self control have to curtail their own freedoms because they’re outnumbered by total fucking retards.
"Maybe the most important thing you learn by attending public school is that we are all at the mercy of the bottom quintile. The rules you follow in life will be based on the behavior of the bottom quintile, the taxes you pay are to support the bottom quintile, the greatest risks to your life and property will come from the bottom quintile, the dearth of comfortable public spaces is because you have to allow the bottom quintile to be there, our zoning laws are developed for fear of the bottom quintile."

True freedom will never be a thing if it is offered to the lower quintile.

Weed is nowhere near as bad as alcohol but it's basically socially like a cigarette: please go 50 feet in a direction away from me. I am trying to smell like fresh fabric and apples.

George W. Bush was an empty vessel. The neocons made sure to pair him with Dick Cheney who essentially controlled the administration whilst doing the bidding of the lousy jews. GW Bush’s administration was rife with jews. The utterly pointless (for the US) Iraq War was engineered by a cabal of jews inside (and outside) of the Bush administration because Saddam Hussein was paying off the families of suicide bombers in Palestine.

So alot of posters here argue that the GOP wants to lose with dignity. Also seem to skim over that the 2000-2008 was GOP rule and the fleecing of america via the Military industrial complex.

Obama came not because of college marixist but because we had fucking buyers remorse over the great war on terror.

Fuck Obama offered us a fucking two for one deal, we stop the forver wars, work on green tech (thats how the DNC did their fleecing) and so on.

We got daddy trump because the GOP wasted their 8 years of obama screaming "We arent Obama" which was fucking stupid.

Now the DNC are in the wilderness because they cant fucking tell the radicals to sit down and shut up.

I have accidentally made the patrician choice by only visiting those joints, then.
At least for Casey's, the reason is that they no longer do franchised stores. Every Casey's store is owned by the corporation (so no fresh jeets can open a branded Casey's and demolish the brand), while Conoco or Phillips 66 are technically a petroleum company that sells gasoline and will supply any gas station that will pay them. So you could have a jeetstation that buys Phillips 66 gasoline but runs the actual convenience store section in any way they like and Phillips 66 won't give a single shit unless they are trying to do something stupid like dilute the gasoline and people stop buying Phillips 66 branded fuel.

Very interesting. Now let's determine the racial makeup of that bottom quintile.

They thrive off of legal weed too. There is cartel activity in the forests of California, weed smuggling out of legal states, and dispensaries owned by cartels all over the place pushing out non-cartel shops.

I don't have much of an opinion one way or the other (have lived in states where it's legal, have lived in states where it's not, spent a few years doing it a fair amount, a few years partaking once a month, and now none at all) and wouldn't care if it's outlawed (it's illegal in my current state anyway) but this is the same logic for legalizing prostitution.

That having it illegal encourages sex trafficking. Except that in places where it was legalized, sex trafficking went up - not down.

If something is profitable, criminals will exploit it. Whether it's drugs, sex, or gambling. Whether it's legal or not. The only thing legalizing it does is let them hide their criminal exploitation behind a veil of "legal" behavior.

If you still want it legalized, fine, but this argument is an extremely flimsy one and just doesn't work the way you think it does in reality.
True, though if we relate this to history it’s an undeniable fact that The Prohibition led to massive increases in the power of the Irish and Italian mob because they were doing very similar things with producing, transporting, and selling alcohol.
Things don’t change overnight, but when an industry is legal it can be regulated and monitored for unsavory activities.
You must also consider that the rise in trafficking may not be entirely because of weed. More liberal areas are fine with weed and yet are also fine with importing the Third World and soft on crime. Correlation does not mean causation, though we could view it as an important data point that should be looked into.

In 5th grade we had one kid in our class that would fuck everything up. I can still remember his full name. Alex was white with vitiligo, husky, and had guy fieri energy. He constantly was spazzing out, couldn't sit in his seat, had outbursts. The teacher had set up a discipline structure she called "the tribe" as in all of us were not individuals, but one tribe. Naturally, that didn't mean if one person in the tribe made great grades we all got a pizza party, but that if one person (always Alex) misbehaved we wouldn't get recess and have to use the time doing "heads down" on our desks (burying our heads in crossed arms for 20 minutes.) Alex could not control himself, so we lost recess often. There was a time where we didn't get recess for two weeks because of Alex. Everyone in the class hated him and he was completely ostracized.

I told this story to my middle school nephew and he said they still do the same thing and one person fucks it up every time for every one.

The messaging public school enforces is contemptible. Even though he wasn't retarded, Alex should have been pulled out of class, sent to be with the SPEDs until he got his act together. If he couldn't get his act together, forever SPED it is. The funny thing is he is just a normal guy with a wife now, I looked him up since hatred etched his full name in my memory. The education system does not work for many young boys, but that's another story.

Great, maybe after a few more people get shot and assaulted they'll even send a stern letter to the boss of Antifa asking him to stop.
“Dear George Soros. Lol you gonna get droned if you don’t stop. Lmao, lol even. Jk, but stop. If you don’t stop, you are gay.” - CIA.

That story is great cause it also shows that the teacher created a scenario (either willing or unwillingly) where the rest of the class take the discipline of Alex into their own hands, aka Full Metal Jacket style because she couldn't/wouldn't do it. In effect teaching kids they need to take matters into their own hands cause Authority won't do it.

That is why the gifted and talented class is like 20% of the total grade pop now and if a parent bugs the school system enough can get their kid into it (cause half o G&T is just having a parent that gives shit).

The funny part is there were some alcohol cartels at the time that operated safely, such as in Seattle. The guy who ran the Seattle racket, Roy Olmstead, was famous because he kept violence to a minimum. He told his guys that nothing in their trucks was worth dying over. His operation ran on bribery and it worked really well until he was eventually arrested in 1924.

Even when the Irish and Italian mafias were at their height, they at least tried to keep violence amongst themselves (although it's a myth that they only targeted other mobsters). The browns openly kill and abuse people for shits and giggles.

The problem is a lot of school systems do not have any funding for special education. Also, a lot of school systems are run by miserable middle-aged women who hate boys and deliberately treat them like shit.
