I remember hearing that there was a Roblox moderator who had badges from visiting e-dating games (and he had them way prior to their removal from the platform). I don't remember the username of the specific user though. I really wouldn't be surprised if there's a significant number of pedos on Roblox's mod team. That's incredibly simple to answer, it's because Roblox already has brand recognition built up over the course of 20 years and what you're suggesting would require an all new brand building campaign designed to compete with already existing like-kind products.

What you're suggesting requires the kind of vision and ambition these people don't have. These are clearly the kind of people whose greatest goal in life is to sit on a lawn chair on a private beach with lots of alcohol at hand all day doing nothing, and that narrative is me being generous.

That was the Chief Safety Officer, (((Matt Kaufman,))) who dumped all of his shares and went dark when all of this came to light. He was in all of those games, I'm sure the story is he was "investigating", but he was in all of them for ages and he never took any action against any of those experiences (such as condos.) He recently followed Schlep on Twitter. He also looks like a predator... Attack the source, counter with have you done the same research of a study group personally, did you come to the same results, hyperbolize their concern as an attack to make the host back off, then put him on the backfoot and deflect by phrasing all of that as questions without answering what was asked of you.

VERY defensive. He's doing his job as a CEO, protecting growth without actually addressing the problem, and politically skirting the hard questions. I don't like that Hindenburg disbanded shortly after that research. That's shady as hell. If you've seen youtube interrogation video crimeslop, you'll know that guilty people love turning questions around on the interviewer. It gives them time to think up an answer, but it also reveals what information the interviewer has and what they find important. Makes it much easier to manipulate them.

It's also a trait in very guarded people, and makes life difficult for them because our brains flag them as potentially hiding something bad.

Also, if the interviewers said the name "Ruben Sim" at any point in their answer, David would have an excuse to do a dramatic walk-out. Interview averted.

David completely avoids the question entirely and instead reframes the question into a philosophical debate about methodology (human moderators vs. AI). In the end, David ends up calling the Hindenburg's claim a "misnomer".

I love that he misuses the term misnomer. He's either a midwit, or under a lot of stress while answering (avoiding) this question.

Also, even if you're implementing AI solutions, that's not a good reason to cut down on your human moderation staff. AI functions better with diligent human oversight, and vice-versa.

David starts getting more passive-aggressive, saying that Kevin's yes to David's hypothetical means that Kevin has a full-throated endorsement of all of Roblox's policies, and embrassingly saying "high five", while cutting off Kevin's attempts to respond multiple times

David says, "Is this a stealth interview where actually you love everything we’re doing and you’re here to stealthily support it?"

Apart from being extremely childish and embarrassing, this is another ASPD trait on display. You're either with David, or against him. There is no concept in his mind of a "gentle challenge" in an interview, done for the benefit of potential skeptical viewers. No, you either glaze his pole or you're trying to undermine him.

Another Interviewer, Casey Newton, says, "Dave, I can tell you’re getting a little bit frustrated here". To which David says, "I'm actually not frustrated" while looking like this

It's so obvious that he only listened to their podcast to make sure that they're a bunch of softies who only want to soyface at the cool Roblox maps and games. The fact that he didn't anticipate questions about the CHILD ENDANGERMENT issue is more evidence that he's not the high-functioning ASPD type that you really want as a CEO.

I think he's also trying to manipulate them into going easy on him by mentioning how much he "likes them."
