Yeah they got me good. I had to toggle god mode because I kept re-spawning outside of a cave with a bunch of geckos swarming me.

Milsurp Review used to be the Big Guns magazine and True Police Stories was the Small Guns magazine. When the merge was done, they gave True Police Stories a critical hit boost to not waste assets. There is already a unique Missile Launcher in the game and it's in one of the earlier locations they developed(Black Mountain) so that isn't surprising.
It was confirmed that they changed a lot of characters to be black last minute because the VAs voicing them were, most notably the ambassador(he is still white in the playing card deck). Melissa sounding Australian was a VA booth mix up, there was no direction to tell them there wasn't supposed to be any in the Mojave.
I love using the LAER/Alien Disintegrator, brings back good memories of turning enemies into ash in Fallout 2 as soon as you got access to the BOS bunker.

No, it isn't. Fallout 4 and the TV show are, by a long country mile. You are a loud minority, just like everyone else that still plays New Vegas 15 years later. Welcome to the club, this is how OG fans felt when an endless horde of console niggers became "Fallout Fans" overnight when 3 came out. I've been part of the Fallout community for longer than you have been alive, you can be as delusional and retarded as you want but you will always be a loud minority. Why does nobody care about the biggest leak in Fallout history since Van Buren prototypes? Because New Vegas community is a drop in the bucket, most Fallout players don't care and the gaming community as a whole didn't about Van Buren either. It doesn't matter how many people talk about the game here, 20 or so people in a tiny thread do not a community make. It doesn't matter how many people still play it or how many people still mod it, a tiny fraction compared to all the hundreds of thousands mindlessly playing Fallout 4 or 76 or just watching the TV show. Many of them don't even know New Vegas exists, there has been a contingent of people in the early 2010s who thought Fallout 3 was the first game in the franchise despite the fucking 3 in the title.
This is how we, the actual Fallout fans, felt in 2007. Get used to it, you can sperg about it as much as you want but you will always be a minor, forgotten voice in the midst of all the other people who never played, and never will play, New Vegas or the older games. You're not gonna tell me anything I don't know about this franchise that I don't already know in my 30 years of being a part of it, settle down.
I don't see the difference, did they remove the bullet from the texture? Weird omission. Are there models/textures for the cut ammo types like rivets or 30.06?

Hate to break it to you, but if you only like one game out of over half a dozen, you are not a fan. You are a tourist, your opinion is worthless and yours in particular is entirely worthless as you're just some random coomer that can't even type properly. I'm surprised you like New Vegas, you would be right at home with the Fallout 4 fanbase.
God mode is pussy shit, consider me disappointed
Gameplay might be outdated but you can still do plenty with it. Nevada and Sonora are a testament to that, wish Van Buren came out so we could have an evolution of the system tho. Tactics didn't do nearly enough. Also, to be fair, Unarmed builds are broken in every game except for Tactics, where melee and unarmed alike both suck due to lack of balancing. You find a Power Fist very early on and never find anything better, not even a Mega Powered Fist, leading to tiny amounts of damage done to end game enemies. Same deal with melee weapons, Micro Sledge and Ripper don't do nearly enough by the end. Only godsend is the overcharge mode on the Cattle Prod but that consumes energy cells like no tomorrow, not viable in the slightest.

No discussion because this massive leak was put out by a no-name channel.
It hasn't even been shared on the Fallout & Fallout New Vegas subreddits.
Fans, real or fake, will gobble up on prototype content if for no other reason than to gush, put out the, "can't wait for mods!" platitudes and so on.
Though the ratio of that video's views and content put out is pretty good. Views are only in the triple digits for some videos but I think a more sincere explanation is that not many people are aware of it yet.
It's not even on /vg/

This, If TriangleCity or any other Fallout tubers put out a video expect interest to skyrocket. Well maybe not skyrocket but expect it to be faster than before. The other major issue has already been said but the version not being easy to access (without major graphical issues) is a major contribution.
also unrelated but this terminal poker mod (Nexus) looked really cool, fits in almost perfectly too, if a bit too high tech what with al the colored screens.

From what I can figure, that's always what it was going to be. I guess Melissa took more after her mother. As for the Australian accent, I'm betting the answer to that was that the vocal director fucked up and it was too late to redo the lines by the time anyone noticed.

Finally finished my second new Vegas Run, since my first time I played as a stealth guy with moderate charisma and did the Yes Man ending, now I did mostly the opposit and went with a high strenght low INT mostly melee build, enjoyed Dead Money a lot more this time since a melee build lets you beat the shit out of most enemies there, my first run should have gone smoothly because of the stealth build but I played that DLC way to early. I mostly skiped Honest hearts because as I mentioned a while ago, if after helping Daniel you choose the "I already helped you now help me" option and then double down on it he goes immediately hostile, so I ended up slaughtering the entire tribe and hilariously I could just fast travel out of Zion despite Joshua's threats. Old World Blues is still a mixed bag since the Reddit humor is really jarring, however I actually laughed at the conversation with your brain if you pick all the low INT options. Lonesome Road I understand what they were trying to do but both times it fell flat because the Courier's backstory conflicted with both my actions in game. Why would my selfish theif courier "brave the storms of the divide to keep the settlement alive"? And on the second playtrough I don't think a low IQ super strong cannibal would even care about protecting the Divide? Anyway did the Legion ending this time.
