Commonwealth of Virginia v. Austin Curtis Peterson - JA010478-02-00 Assault and Battery on Family Member & GC24002688-00 DRUGS: POSSESS SCH I OR II

6-9 months of inpatient seems mental but time will tell.
This is like his third or fourth stint in rehab since his initial arrest. They're still willing to play ball with him but they're done fucking around with it. He either gets (and stays) clean or he goes back to jail.

I'm still driving home but I just wanted to clarify two things firstly, Austin appeared clean shaven from what I could see he had a fresh haircut with his side's partially shaved and long hair at the top.

also the rehab from what I could gather is going to be 6 to 9 months. apologies for not including it in the original post

Can someone explain to me why they let him violate probation 5 billion times?

Because he is not violent (except to ratdad and keyboards) and there are no victims to his crimes to complain. The prisons and jails are full so they let anyone out that isn't going to cause asspain to the people working in the system.

Same as why any bureaucrat does anything. Because there are no repercussions and who gives a shit.

He's a crackhead. If they didn't let crackheads violate probation we wouldn't have enough space in prison for murderers and rapists.

Not to mention since he keeps paying fees and posting bail its some easy income for the courts.

I wonder if it's going to be one of those state-run, or at least more professionally run rehab centers where they make you get a job and pay rent, and force you into a "normal person's" lifestyle. I mentioned in the other thread, this definitely doesn't sound like it's going to be a junkie daycare. I wonder which long-term rehabs are around there. There's no chance he goes back to the one he's already been to 7 times just for a longer time.

Because he is one of the most entertaining cows on this site! You think law enforcement and the judicial system don't appreciate someone as fun to watch as BMJ? I don't.
He's just doing a little crackerooski and gamba and only hurting himself since the car breakins. If the folks are willing to house him and foot the bills for him, why lock him up and have the state of Virginia pay instead. He's only a danger to himself (and maybe his dad).

Do you remember what the name of the facility is?

iirc there's one state-funded rehab facility in the entire region so he's probably just going back to the same place. I had this discussion with Hardin. Hardin actually gets pissed off by how many times Austin's been sent to this taxpayer rehab facility because there's a long waiting list of non-criminals trying to get in and criminal placements bump someone off the list and they usually fail anyways.

Edit: That facility we had discussed before was 28 days long so it's not it. Either ratdad is paying for long term inpatient or a charity is.

Damn, so there wont be any content for a while then...
Kinda surprised how softly hes been handled in the legal system despite failing his piss test repeatedly.

I cant believe Bossman broke out of jail after banging the judges mom and rode out of the courtroom with someone elses motorcycle. He cant keep getting away with it!

Heres to you austin. Enjoying a good cigar in celebration of the news
What a fucking Chad
WE ARE SO BACK, BMJ coming home to fuck Mrs Claus, DTPN!
Eta: nooooo dewd I celebrated too early *sigh*

Honestly, if they put him in a real facility that will try to address the root of his problems, props to the state of Virginia for making it happen. It means they care about their people.
As much as I want to see him go live ASAP, he was literally rotting to death before they finally stepped up and locked him up last time. The dude needs help, badly.

If it's on the higher end of the rehab spectrum, it involves barbed wire. No shit, I saw it myself at Northern State Hospital in Sedro-Woolley when they had a high intensity program there.
I stopped for gas in Sedro-Woolley a few years back. There was a late 80’s Ford Aerostar van at the next pump, which was weird enough. The driver had only one shoe on, and maybe half her teeth. Reminded me of Arkansas with better scenery.
