4-Eva will make another 20-minute video about: life is hard (a NEET living with middle-class parents boo hoo hoo), programing is hard (working is hard, deal with it), Yandere Sim was a waste of youth, Patreons are not donating anymore (I wonder why). In the end of the video, he'll consider giving up of Yandere Sim
5-Fans will collapse and blame everything and everyone, many of them will make posts and fanarts trying to cheer Eva up (Mulberry will be one of them)
5.1-Eva thanks the support messages and keeps procrastinating for a little more and them he gives up definitely with another excuse, bringing more fans' tantrums
5.2-Eva gives up anyway, he will delete his accounts (or just leave them), YandereDev disappears from internet

The best you can hope for is that Eva takes so long to make the game, that the demographic that's actually enjoying whatever he puts out gets old enough and tired enough of his shit that they move on and stop paying him. Honestly all it takes is something new and shiny to take over their interest, like some anime or cartoony-style with *Deep Lore* elements game coming out. Basically, any other indie Kickstarter game out there.

What fucks me up about this game the most is that Eva's writing is so abysmal in that literally nobody is allowed to be somewhat happy. Ayano is incapable of feeling ~true happiness~, Kokona's a child prostitute, Senpai is even capable of being harassed nonstop by some of the rivals.

I mean, would it kill him to set up an actual "best friend" npc? They wouldn't require any currency like Info-chan, and they'd at least serve as some kind of sanity maintenance/popularity saver/morale booster because they're just being nice for the sake of it instead of having some twisted dark side to it like Eva seems to want everyone to have.

There; I played by your dumb mechanics, so you can at least rip it off at any given time once you feel like skulking the farms again buddy.

Even though I'm a weeaboo I'm not that deep into emo animes, but in Evangelion I'm pretty sure the Main Character gets fucked over many times and has his girlfriend die. And everyone else is basically fodder and they don't get a happy ending either.

Everything is pretty much the depression tone.

A good chunk of the cast does have a tragic backstory but it's contrasted with relatively normal people and the ending is bittersweet. But, again, I figure Eva'd miss the entire point.

His writing style is more like something out of Elfen Lied, which is the epitome of edgy early 2000's pulp anime.

EDIT: Also, one thing I don't think I'd see in Yanderesim is an important character crying like a little bitch or being mentally ill in any way besides murdering people/secretly wanting to murder people. The only truly vulnerable people in Yanderedev are the ones getting stabbed in the throat, the rest are just weirdly morbid.

The reason for his bizarre name IIRC is because he went on forums to sperg about how one anime was a copy of the other. Quite ironic since he's been copying shit for his meme game. He even made a website called evaxephon.com, where he pulled examples to prove a point nobody gives a shit about.

It's either just me, the mod he's using or Yandere Dev's shitty coding/animation/whatever, but like when he plays as Osana and gets her to run, the hair physics make her twin tails act weird (as in, they meet at the middle but the ends are facing away from each other)? I know YanDev's shittiness made her hair also act weird when she's turning around, but this one I'm not sure about...

What's with the weird strand of hair at the end of her twin tails? And what is with the weird craning animation he put in? It looks even weirder now than before when they'd just turn on the spot to look at you.

Ugh, Eva is going through the same route talented and lazy people (like Noah Antweiler) go to fuck themselves and their project forever... except Eva doesn't even have any kind of talent, hurts to see something so bad getting so much praise, attention and opportunities, whithout actually getting any good out of that, he could create such an amazing game if he wasn't so dense.
