Reading the whole thing and it just seems like he is very retarded and wanted to attack his school, he mentions the school shooting that happened in Brazil in 2023 and brings up watching Zero Day. I imagine they are applying this definition so it's easier to apply existing prosecution frameworks to COM-related crimes - especially to those who are in leadership positions. Quicker to convict, lock them up and set an example for others - as opposed to drafting a targetted policy (which is likely in the works).

im going off my intuition when I say this if that darkheart faggots shit isn't a detrace then he definitely isn't reiko#3333. Reiko is probably in his 20s (also there are so many fucking people who have used the alias Reiko).

not exactly proud to admit this but when I was like 15-16 I was in one of the iterations of his server it was literally just a regular shitposting server like all the spinoffs of the one run by desu, maybe there was predatory shit occurring behind the scenes I never observed anything (doesn't mean it didn't happen and I really regret being there if it did).

im not the first person to claim this but reiko himself was just an edgelord who loved to make the internet mad at him, it is genuinely insane to "out" yourself as a pedophile solely for ragebait but that's what he did. remillia corp/aeromatic's clique used similar techniques.
