edit: I'm not a fan of Mary Sue characters either, but there's a difference between a flawed yet sympathetic character and an entirely unlikeable one. I assume pk is going for the former but she just can't write them at all.

How much of a furry in self denial do you have to be, to create a magic fantasy animal universe, with a whole community to take ideas from, and still not even draw a lemur or monkey for five years? I know she hates drawing humans, but come on. It doesn't mean that all primates are undrawable.
I mean, they seem to exist according to the wiki, if the name means anything, but its ref page is empty

With all the magic bs going on, there's plenty of excuse for fishes out of water. It's also pretty easy to have sapient and anthro primates without breaking the no-human rule, but I think PK really has it out against drawing anything remotely related to the human species (unless they look like SU characters).

And while it doesn't seem like there's much left diversity in the animal kingdom for this comic to cover (actually there's a shit ton left), the "confirmed" animal list is still heavily lacking their reference sheets. Remember the jeweled elephant guy in the rapey comic? One of the very first nsfw Flora comics that he's on the cover of? I swear his species has a name but it's not listed on the wiki. Not saying PK needs to draw every damn thing out, but her "Wiki" is kinda sad for something based on a community project. You'd think someone with a lot of fans would have a real, fan-made wiki for their WORLD BUILDING comic. I hate the main site's wiki so much that I did google searches hoping someone else would put up a better wiki.

Bugs actually appear more times than that. I recall there being a small talking ant as an extra character in the Itchy Itchy arc. I think one of Lionel's assistants is supposed to be some kind of "fly" too.

They don't allow people to post things like story summaries and, of course, absolutely zero speculation. Everything's also supposed to be "short and quick to the point", which pretty much defeats the whole point of an encyclopedia. PK herself sucks at worldbuilding and delivering information on stuff, including stuff that's already been out there for God knows how long.

So their wiki is fucking terrible because the creators of the project are terrible.

Such a limited imagination you'd have if you thought anthro apes = human. Plus this is Floraverse we're talking about. Rarely any species seen is simply an anthro version of an existing animal. There's always weird tweaks, like goats with plus/negative eyes, cats with flowers (zzzz), and sparkly moles with floppy ears. An animal like a monkey or lemur would go well with PK's style. They have: big round heads, big eyes, nubby noses, sometimes pointy ears, fun patterns, and ridiculously long prehensile tails. In fact, Beleth's body is closer to that of a ring-tailed lemur than a cat. They also like to screech and have chainsaw teeth. Don't waste this potential.
Plot-wise, they're possible. They might be concerned with primates existing because humans aren't supposed to exist so having a "human ancestor" may imply future existence of a human
except humans didn't evolve from every damn species of primates that ever existed in the world. just exclude "homo sapiens" and their ancestors from Floraverse and you're fine.

PMD-E was shut down suddenly because she didn't want to be responsible for anything, not even her own actions.

Marketing Floraverse as a community sandbox is disingenuous. Floraverse is magenta navel-gazing that's being promoted as a group project.
