They made a discord about a month or so ago, with over a hundred users. I don't know what it's like in there, though I'm not really keen on finding out either.

Mega boring and filled with people oversharing. Though starting today Marl made it a lot harder to just lurk, can't see message history at all unless you somewhat actively participate. And apparently PK is a stickler for the chat channels being segregated, there's an aggressively worded rule about not talking about programming in the NSFW channels.
It sucks that I didn't give a shit about her discord enough to really pick up any drama besides that one snubbed Kickstarter supporter, but I can't be bothered to ween and pretend to like her comic enough to talk to people that actually do.

I wonder if the whole timelines/reset thing was originally conceived as a way of allowing big community-driven events... if anything got too drastic, PK could just throw the reset switch and go back to a neutral timeline so the player-contributed events wouldn't derail the main storyline too bad, and people making their own OCs/places/events could just pretend they were in another timeline. It actually wouldn't be a bad idea for the kind of audience-driven, collaboratively-created world PK originally pitched for Floraverse.

...Except that PK dropped the community angle altogether after realizing that community events would mean less storyline she could devote to self-inserts and magenta horsecock. She boxed her magnum opus into a crippling framing device for nothing.

I noticed there aren't a lot of "ferret" like species or "Mustelidae" like Raccons, Badgers, or Mongoose (actually mongoose are in the Herpestidae family along with Meerkats, but close enough to be considered "general species blueprint" in world building). She does have something called "Scarfed Weasels" that have appeared occasionally in FF, but nothing she's even gone into detail about.

No Mice or Rats yet, though "Mouse" is listed on the species list.

No Rhinos. No Camels/Llamas or Alpaca. No Giraffe's.....I guess that's about all I can think of.

This is both PK's and Marl's fault, really. Marl's rule for running the wiki is "do not provide content", basically.

Completely and 100%. To add to this, Marl and Glip only allow a very limited handful of people to post on the Wiki in the first place. Which completely defeats the purpose of even having a Wiki because the whole point of having it is so that people can edit it and make it better. I also noticed that the suck immensely at updating it and they don't have pages for recent, VERY relevant characters like Kid Neon. To throw even more shit on top of the pile, they don't have pages for places (Ex: Teslic Yard), things/objects (Ex: Lava Ore) or important plot points (Ex: the disease Itchy Itchy). I mean really, why even have a Wiki at all? And if that wasn't already enough to make your brain want to explode, Check this out:

Marl want people to show their personalities in their entries but A) he doesn't let anyone outside the speshul snowflayke treehouse friends edit it and B) he doesn't allow anyone to speculate or summarize.

She's Guava, a Sunkie (which I'm sure is already a pokemon). Sunkies live on a tropical island which gets invaded by tourist all the time. Sunkies steal the tourist cigarettes and cocktails. Their diets consist only of the cigarettes and cocktails they steal. Stealing is the Sunkies' favorite past time and they have a theft based economy. Sunkies only come in pink and purple as their diet is rich with fruity, sweet cocktails.

Shizu was revealed as a turf tiger/necropossum hybrid, so how the fuck does a cat factor into that unless she's cat/turf tiger/necropossum? And isn't jupet just cat/necropossum? As well as confirmation by PK herself that Neon is autistic. Come to think of it, this might have been sparked by her utter admiration towards a random Tumblr post headcanoning Pearl (from Steven Universe) as autistic. She was absolutely all over that.

Then again, Tumblr as a whole seems to love mental conditions.

It's probably just a sad attempt by PK to make her comics more comedy-relatable to the audience by inserting meta-humor; Neon has been providing (real life) internet-related gimmicks since her introduction, so, of course she'd eventually mention cat photos. Even if it doesn't make much sense in-universe.

But this is yet another example of PK making it compulsory (if unintentionally) to read the porn comic in order to get the plot of the main story. I am super miffed that she revealed Shizu is Jupet's sister (like no one guessed it anyway) in the porn comic because it was a plot point that was brought up in the SFW comic. And also once she revealed it in the comic, she posted sketches of Shizu and Jupet together acting like sisters because it's been revealed in the porn comic. I mean, that is super unfair to the people who only read the SFW comic because that basically spoiled it all. :powerlevel: I am super sex repulsed :powerlevel: so I only read the porn comic for the plot (pfft, imagine that) because half the time you have to have knowledge of what happens in the porn comic to understand stuff in the SFW comic. You shouldn't have to put that on your readers.

Cayenne is a Satyrbun Imp (singing rabbat X satyr) and Furfur is a Faux Satyrbun Imp (Sphinx X singing rabbat x satyr). their mom seems to be a satyrbun imp seen here and here but who is the dad? avoiding the father seems to be a common theme with Pk...

I've only met a few autist myself, all of whom where severly disabled but I thought THEY were the outliers the way this disability gets glorified.

I have a younger cousin with pretty severe autism, and while we've always gotten along fairly well, the focus on autism these days has helped me understand him a lot better, which I'm incredibly grateful for. The problem I think comes with the borderline fetishization of "high-functioning" behavior. Everyone wants to be quirky and speshul and "different" so it's becoming hard to distinguish between people who actually have autism in some form vs the people who are using the trend to excuse their own problems. Being socially oblivious is a flaw, but it's also "funny" and "quirky" to some extent, so it's become fashionable to literally brag about how terrible you are in order to avoid improving yourself in that area.
Having a reason for why you do dumb shit that might bother other people isn't the same as excusing it. Hell, the entire purpose of the reasoning is so you can fix those problems in the future, but nooo, everybody needs to be more unique than everyone else.
Don't even get me into how "uniqueness" is an inherently unquantifiable concept to begin with and since everyone is different from everyone else in some way no one can make themselves any MORE unique than anyone else, but I've been sperging for long enough, so. Whatever.

From the context of the comic, I am pretty sure it's implying porn like Bepis said. It could also denote feral cats since feral animals are a thing (like how there's feral fruit dogs while Jacklyn is an anthro wolf). Looking at humans is also a past time people do, though we usually don't call it that (no I'm not talking about porn). For example, there's blogs and facebook pages dedicated to showing attractive models. Sometimes specifically humans of a certain race.
I wonder if Neon's cat fetish would be like the equivalent of a human having, say, an Asian fetish. Just some food for thought.

Few of you are questioning the possibility of Jupet and Shizu's biological relation. (Also, I don't see anywhere it saying that Lily is a pure cat. She certainly looks the part, but you can never be too sure with this comic)
Since necropossums are rare special snowflakes, I'm going to guess Lily's only banged one. She either banged a tigerpossum or a pure necropossum, resulting in Shizu, whose species is confirmed. This means Lily is either a pure Tiger, or a Tiger hybrid (Tiger Cat?), or she's a pure cat that fucked a tiger possum. She fucked again and got a less Tigery Jupet, lacking the round ears that maybe their father would have.
It's actually not too farfetched. It just means the resulting offspring are much more feline than they are possum, which certainly looks that way. But I wouldn't put it behind PK to decide AFTER debuting Shizu "Hey, let's make her related to these cats!" It lets her cop out of making extra family members for Shizu should Shizu ever get her own arc.
