- It seems as though Nick is still upset with Pisco.

Kayla can own firearms, but Nick can't. The problem is in the state of Minnesota there is "constructive possession." If she has a gun and he's in the same room, he'll break the terms of his probation and end up in prison. He adds later that he can't go to a firing range either and he has to check to see if he has a urine test everyday.
DON LEMON INDICTED
- Nick struggles to remember why this church was raided by anti-ICE protestors.
- He thinks the church congregation should have used physical violence in retaliation. "Kick them in the nuts!"

- Nick says he ready to start writing "Hey, Maya." He'll use SUNO to compose a love song about Kurt saying "Hey Maya" just hours after she had turned eighteen. The context was a court case of Maya Kowalski.
- He finally begins to read the indictment.
- He is constantly distracted by the chat, especially Art the Clown.
- Ponders the grammar of the name of Operation Pull-Up.
- Bored chat fills the void with NickR and micro-peen jokes.

ETA: Clarification
. It's harder to destroy yourself on legal drugs to the same degree as illegal ones but it's certainly possible if you're determined enough. I doubt he's stupid enough to go back on the illegal stuff but I still wouldn't rule out anything when it comes to the Balldo.
