HOW HAS YOUR ARREST AFFECTED YOUR POPULARITY?
- Minnisota nice is really Minnesota introverted. No one knew who he was until the arrest and nobody really talks to him.
- He used to be active in his church, local school co-op, and a business social networking club when he had his law firm.
- He doesn't rely on Minnesota for a community; he relies on the internet for a community.
- Still claims his children had no idea about he and Kayla's drug use.
- Doesn't like being called an addict and denies banging hookers.
- Compares himself to Adam Smith's book "The Theory of Moral Sentiments."
- He thinks it's hilarious that the locals assume he's gay.
- He treats people well and it pays off.
- He's very introspective and is good at self-assessment.
- "I'm an interesting person for me to watch."
KEVIN BRENNAN
- Nick acknowledges KB talked about him, but doesn't want to wasted time talking about KB.
SUPERTIPS
- Legal Eagle and "No Tie" Branca are now available. He begs the audience to use it because he is in dire financial straights.
AUDIENCE DEMOGRAPHICS
- According to YouTube, his audience was comprised of 18 - 35 male. In 2020 it shifted to 55+ because of his red-meat Trump takes. Then the Depp trail added five percent to 35 percent female. Due to that change, he really likes having a female audience that challenged the young male audience. He flounders trying to say he likes the challenge of a female audience... I guess.
@LESLIELAWYER AND HER HUSBAND WILL MAKE A GUEST APPEARANCE
- He's on the side of Jeremy Hales of the WhatTheHales drama.
- Nick desperately wants to retain the audience Megan Fox introduced.
KEVIN BRENNAN
- Still doesn't want to talk about him, but does so anyway.
- KB can go out and server the lord. But "once you go Nick, you wanna see his dick."
FIFTY DOLLAR SUPERCHAT BEGGING NICK TO STOP EXPLAINGING HIMSELF.
While Nick was in legal limbo, i.e, the bodycam and Aaron's HRO, the cases were all he could think about. He has to vent to his audience in order to deal with the stress.
TWITCH WHISPERS

He jokes he's afraid to read them, and forgets that they are there.
- Nick is salty because there are no more Cooking With Kurt videos on Uncivil Law's channel. If there were, he'd still use it for content.
SECRET SHOW COMEDY / MATT MEAD DM THREAT
- Matt Mead, ex-boyfriend of Scarlett Hampton and member of the Dabbleverse, DMs Nick on X. (Nick introduces Matt to his audience as abusive to Scarlett and his father.)
- Matt wants to fight Nick.
- Nick emasculates him by saying he wears make-up, suffers from Fetal-Alcohol Syndrome, he's full of seething, feminine rage and an alcoholic.
- Matt Mead wants to sue Nick for slander.
- Matt has blocked Nick on X.
- Nick has a discussion with his dad about what feltching means.
IS THE PRESENCE OF ILLEGAL ALIENS CRIMINAL OR NOT AND HIS BEEF WITH
PISCO
- Nick weighs in on illegal aliens. Is it a crime they are here illegally? Yes, but he doesn't care. Should they be deported? Yes, but he doesn't care. Do they steal our tax dollars? Yes, but he's not personally affected by it. None of this bothers him, but he has an opinion... maybe.
- He dissects George Stephanopoulis recent interview about illegal aliens.
Link
- He dissects the semantic of a tweet by Rob Doar Law, a practicing lawyer from Minnesota who is currently suing the state over the 2nd amendment. He claims he is incorrect with semantics. Later, Rob Doar superchats Nick, which jangles Nick's nerves a bit. Nick invites Rob to talk to him on X.
- It seems as though Nick is still upset with Pisco.
- He says that Destiny and his orbiters are accusing Nick of avoiding a debate.
- He goes what an administrative warrant is and how it is a violation of the 4th Amendment.
- Nick is trying to insert himself into a conversation between Pisco and Shipwreckedcrew on X.
- Next, he reviews INS v Lopez-Mendoza.
- Nick grovels and says he is not a practicing lawyer. He's trying his best. He didn't want to be a small town layer. I've been told I'm smart. In other words, when a real layer is in the chat, Nick folds like a cheap suit.
- Nick continues to rage at Pisco.
- He uses Lego analogies to explain the 4th Amendment.
- He's ass mad and seething about the exchange on X with Pisco, but Nick refuses to invite Pisco on the show and debate.
- Brings up Andrew Wilson and watches the pickle jar video... again.
- He doesn't hate Andrew or want to change his morals, he just disagrees with him.
- "Get stuffed in a locker, NERD!"
- Chat complains about the ads. In response, he promotes YouTube membership.

"2A question. How does you're situation affect Lady Rackets ability to own/keep firearms?
Kayla can own firearms, but Nick can't. The problem is in the state of Minnesota there is "constructive possession." If she has a gun and he's in the same room, he'll break the terms of his probation and end up in prison. He adds later that he can't go to a firing range either and he has to check to see if he has a urine test everyday.
DON LEMON INDICTED
- Nick struggles to remember why this church was raided by anti-ICE protestors.
- He thinks the church congregation should have used physical violence in retaliation. "Kick them in the nuts!"
- Nick's opinion is everyone with a camera is a journalist.
- He argues this is only disorderly conduct.
- Made a sexual joke about God cumming.
- He's not even playing the video of Don Lemon. It's a video from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and it's from some rando.
- Returns to talking about illegal aliens and the spat with Pisco.
- Pulls up the PBS article on Don Lemon and exclaims that only black people can pull off wearing monochromatic suits. He's so jealous or something.
- Nick says he ready to start writing "Hey, Maya." He'll use SUNO to compose a love song about Kurt saying "Hey Maya" just hours after she had turned eighteen. The context was a court case of Maya Kowalski.
- He finally begins to read the indictment.
- He is constantly distracted by the chat, especially Art the Clown.
- Ponders the grammar of the name of Operation Pull-Up.
- Bored chat fills the void with NickR and micro-peen jokes.
Lastly, even though I got ninja'd by
@Folgers Can, Nick presents "Pressure Queen." A tribute to Kurt.
